No return for damaged product

Their products are unique and special, thats the reason i ordered them as a valentine’s day present. I ordered two customised keychains for about £76.
When it arrived, there was a crack in one of the figure.
After contacted with their custom services, they offered £4 as a compensation. Without any return or refund services, even though it stated “return and exchange within 90days” in their web,
This is completely speechless.
So beware and good luck

Scam company with no way to contact them.

I ordered something for Valentine’s Day which the company claim was delivered on 2 Feb. There is no meaningful way to contact customer service (the email bounced back saying it’s not monitored). They send you very detailed and complicated instructions for trying to resolve it through their website. When I eventually managed to navigate the website it merely says to contact the local delivery company. This is a breach of UK law where the contract of the customer is with the seller, not the delivery company. Will be requesting a refund from my bank as this is clearly a scam.

I placed my valentines order (when I…

I placed my valentines order (when I say valentines I mean actual valentine gifts specifically advertised for Valentine’s Day) on 1st February and on the website it states 5-9 days delivery which was PLENTY of time to receive it before Valentine’s Day. It’s currently 19th February and I still don’t have my order. The only reason I ordered was so I could gift my partner ON VALENTINES DAY! Valentines day is now gone and it is no longer going to feel special! I reached out to customer services, they did not reach out to me and I was told there was a fault with one of my items and so they needed extra time but no one’s messaged me to let me know this UNTIL I messaged to see why I hadn’t received my order. I was told I’d have to wait another 5-9 days for my order which of course I’m not happy about. I asked why they hadn’t even offered me a good will for their mistake and so then they offered me £3.99 when I spent over £60 for this valentines gift that I did not receive. I still
Haven’t received my order, it’s now 7 days out of the 9 and quite frankly I don’t want the gifts anymore but of course they don’t care. I did not except the ridiculous 3.99 as it’s compete piss take. I will NEVER order from here again and I would advise the same to anyone reading this.

Order was placed on the 9th

Order was placed on the 9th and still on the 19th I have no product. I even paid for the premium delivery and left a tip to be delivered in time for Valentine’s Day. Absolute joke.

Biggest load of rubbish I’ve ever ordered

My personalised action figure and key ring came and they hadn’t used the photo I uploaded. It came as a Chinese girl instead.

Customer service is absolute trash

Customer service is absolute trash, website offers a delivery service at a premium and then simply doesn’t honour the date. I’ve made a number of complaints and it’s fallen on deaf ears. I will stick with some flowers next Valentine’s Day. Do not buy from this company!

Ordered a Valentines gift in plenty of…

Ordered a Valentines gift in plenty of time for delivery, but paid for the faster delivery to make sure it arrived, now the package is stuck with Yodel, no updates in 3 days, can guarantee no chance of it ever arriving with that courier, don’t waste your money with this company.

Ordered a week or more in advance and now updated that won’t get valentines gift, before Valentine’s Day.
Disappointed as I spent over £65 and express delivery.
Wouldn’t advise to use them for any creative gifts

Well worth the wait

The important thing to say about this company is that their products are unique and well made. I have 2 products so far and they are gorgeous. The personalised fridge magnet and the gallery of us are perfect.
However, delivery takes about a month and the company needs to make this clear.

Late delivery and broken product…

So the delivery was double what it says (clicked the option that said 6-9 days and it took 3 weeks) and then it has arrived broken. Will be expecting either a refund or a replacement

Absolute WASTE of money

Absolute WASTE of money - £53 i spent on a museum of us frame came with many faults, i emailed them with picture proof of bad quality for a full refund and was denied!
> White background with the pictures had stains on and random dots all over
> ordered spotlights to go with but they gave me no access in the frame to install.
> plastic screen that came with it was completely bent

I will never ever buy from this company again what a load of shi*

Terrible quality

The item received matches the description and photos, however the quality is far below what is acceptable for the premium price charged.
I purchased the “Museum of Us” frame and was very disappointed. The frame is not straight, the pictures are off-centre, the background quality feels cheap, the side panels are misaligned, and only one of the lights works. The figures themselves are poor quality, and out of the 7 people included, 4 are seated with no benches provided, making them impossible to display properly.
At around £30, this might be acceptable. But for £80+, I expected a premium product, not something that feels rushed and poorly finished.
I also contacted the company with a query over two weeks ago and received no response, which raises concerns about customer service and reliability. The business appears to surface around Valentine’s Day, charge premium prices, and then become unresponsive.
While an item was delivered, the value for money is extremely poor. I would not recommend ordering from this site if you care about quality or customer support and your money

Got a custom CD, photo quality was terrible and came with a crack down it. Would never purchase from here again.

Products are absolutely terrible

Products are absolutely shocking and take forever to be delivered. When delivered items were cheap and tacky and its a nightmare to get hold off someone in the company. Wpuld not recommend ANYONE buying ANYTHING from this website.
