brought some Beolab 3's with the stand that sound affair made them self. I don't know if James is the only one in the company, but he's the only one I doubt with. The Beolab 3's are in mint condition and look really nice with the stands. He also brought my Beoplay V1 and that went smoothly. and as I was local he delivered the speakers and collected the tv at the same time.

I've loved and owned Bang and Olufsen equipment for years and I found James extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Really fast and friendly service. James from Sound-Affair emailed me within a day of my web enquiry requesting a few more details. Within 2 days we’d agreed a price and he’d arrived to pick up the kit. Payment was made there and then by bank transfer. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Bought a 6CD changer earlier this year. Never worked properly. The changer never reaches the 6th CD and so this was obviously never checked before shipping. Has now ceased playing completely.
