Forever Grateful!
Received great service from our mortgage loan officer, Sergio Ramos. He kept in touch with us through out the process. He made the process as smooth as he possibly could and was very knowledgeable and professional through the entire process. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to him. The only issue we encounter was with the underwriter that was reviewing our loan. At times it seems that what was being requested seemed silly or irrelevant. I am sure the underwriter was doing their job but wished we didn't have to go back and forth with justifications. Overall I am happy that Southwest Funding was able to fund our loan and help us get our second home. Forever grateful.
