Purekit represented to the best value I could find and also offered free delivery, which was attractive despite the potential wait for my item. Having ordered the item on Wednesday evening, expecting a delivery date nearly two weeks later, the item arrived two days later and I'm really pleased with it. Top service.

I purchased a lowe alpine airzone centro rucksack in the knowledge that it was not in stock but I was given a delivery date. The pack arrived a few days early. The standard P&P was very reasonable and the item was very easy to track on the internet and the price was excellent. Well done purekit

Last weekend I experienced a small problem with an item that I had ordered on-line from Purekit/Webtogs. A message that I left on their answerphone on Saturday morning was replied to first thing on Monday morning and the problem was immediately rectified. If you are considering an on-line purchase then you should have absolutely no reservations in choosing this superb company ahead of their competitors.

The Mountain Equipment jacket I ordered took some weeks to arrive but was inside the latest delivery date quoted at time of order. Unfortunately the jacket ordered was a little tight which meant I had to exchange it for a larger size. The online exchange process was ever so easy to use and the return slip provided with the delivery note and the parcel collection arrangement was nothing less than straightforward. I received the replacement jacket within days of dispatching the original which was perfect. Well done Purekit!

I'm really pleased with my purchase of a pair of RAB leggings but as is so often the case I think that sports kit manufacturers have overlooked the requirements of rowers and sculler. In our sport we are bent over, much as cyclists are, but we are exposed to weather on our backs, not our fronts so we need the back of our legging wear to be higher above the waist (but without the padding that cyclists have incorporated in their seats) and the bottom of our fleeces to be much lower at the back than at the front. This was by having these two garments overlap we can keep our lower back and kidneys warm. Participation in rowing and sculling has exploded in the last five years and particularly since the Olympics and there is a growing market here for appropriate kit.

Saw this coat in a local shop for £240 their 'sale' price reduced from £280. Thought it was a bargain till be googled the coat and found this company. Cost arrived within days and is exactly as described. Couldn't ask for more. !

Well, I never take time out to write reviews, but the serivce I have received from Purekit in the last 2 days def merits it.

I sent an email asking some questions about a Northface coat. I got a quick email back with the answer. I then called them to talk further but had to leave a message on a call back system, the surpise was, I got a call back (I had left my international number so I never thought I would hear from anyone) The girl on the phone was informed and her advice and guidance great. She took time to understand my needs. I can't tell you how shocked I was at such great service.

I had bought some icebreaker baselayer but needed the size up, not quite as thin as I used to be. The company running the website went under and I thought that I was left with a top that did not fit so I left it in its packet hoping to lose weight one day.

This week I got a email saying the site was back up and running so I called up. It seems the website has been taken over by another company and bearing in mind I did not buy the top from them they were incredibly helpful and today I have opened a box containing a top that fits. What is really incredible is I only called yesterday and I have not had time to put the parcel in the post and am feeling guilty I did not do it yesterday as I said I would.

Now that what I call good service!

I ordered El Naturalista shoes that had run out of stock. The company contacted me after a week and asked if I wanted some other shoes or my money back. I ordered another pair of El Naturalista shoes and they were great as well :)
