Fantastic staff in all Taunton and…

Fantastic staff in all Taunton and Bristol spamedica..
The driver William. Was excellent.
He gelp with steps..seat belts.and help.home when had eye surgery .
The whole experience was fantastic

Yes I was very nervous on the first eye .

But the second eye .I was not nervous at all.

All staff looked after me.
At all times .
Polite happy ..
And made me feel calm.

I would recommend them to every one .
Thank you so much.
My eye check up is on mo day 18th May.

Then I can get glasses so I can text and read messages.

I was short distance.

I am now long distance.
Fantastic.

It didn't take long from my referral to…

It didn't take long from my referral to getting an appointment at spa medica .
The staff were welcoming and explained everything in detail and my procedure didn't take long . Would recommend Spa medica for their efficiency and service .

I can drive without having to use glasses
I can enjoy my other hobbies clay pigeon shooting bird watching and photography
Had both eyes done first one in February

in every part of the lead up to and…

in every part of the lead up to and including the surgery, the results of my right eye surgery was amazing with very little discomfort which only lasted one day.
From 1st entry into the building l was met with professional services all through.A big thank you to all the staff and can’t wait for my left eye to be done

I had cataract surgery at Spamedica a few days ago and I am very impressed by their services. The staff are very helpful and friendly and demonstrate great knowledge and abilities. Their premises in Wokingham are modern, exceptionally clean and brightly lit and feel very comfortable. The whole procedure was very well thought out and conducted perfectly throughout and my eyesight has improved 100% following the operation so that I now have really clear vision again and can see colours much brighter than before. I would recommend Spamedica to anyone experiencing vision problems you will be amazed at how well the service you receive can help you.

Super Smooth Second Surgery

My second eye cataract surgery at Spa Medica in Wokingham could not have gone more smoothly. It took about three hours max from start to finish. Friendly and efficient staff throughout. I was expecting some pain after the local anaesthetic wore off but there was none! Just a little uncomfortable for a few hours.

Professional & Caring staff

I attended for my cataract surgery at SpaMedica Coventry a few days ago . The service & stafff were excellent . No waiting around . They are Very friendly & well organised putting patients as their first priority . . I

Cancellations constantly!

The Liverpool Edge Lane site is terrible for cancelling appointments REPEATEDLY and at the last minute (day before)!! Very frustrating!

I had cataract surgery last Saturday at SpaMedica Bolton. The whole experience was so professional and caring. From the first person on reception to the surgeon who operated,every member of staff made me feel at ease. The procedure was painless. The information I was given prior to discharge was explained so well. Looking forward to more of the same when I return for the second operation.

Can’t fault the organisation

Was treated with respect at all times both throughout the pre op and my cataract operation appointment. The team are very professional and informed. They had checked my medical records before I arrived for the operation and adapted my time slot accordingly.

SpaMedica Wokingham … Amazing and Friendly

I visited SpaMedica in Wokingham recently for Cataract Surgery they were nothing short of amazing. All staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. All of the theatre nurses and surgeons put me at ease and assured me the whole way the procedure. The level and detail of aftercare was informative and helpful.
I would be sure to visit again if the need arises for any eye treatment. I would highly recommend them.

Hi, we are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your vision after cataract surgery.

After cataract surgery, you may still need glasses because a standard NHS monofocal intraocular lens (IOL) can only correct vision for either near or distance, not both. If you had both long- and short-sightedness before surgery, glasses are usually still required, though your prescription may change due to improved vision.
