For the last few years I had a broken electrode on my Mercury cooker so was unable to use one of the burners. I made many attempts to buy a replacement (Mercury were sold to Aga who no longer stock parts), but failed. SpareParts4cookers not only had the parts but knew the machine well. Several phone calls followed as we were unsure if the cooker was a Type 1 or Type 2 so they sent both electrodes. The cooker turned out to be a Type 2 and I subsequently returned the other electrode and promptly received a full credit.

I was extremely impressed with the communication and service and can thoroughly recommend this company.
