Excellent company to deal with. Ordering system is easy, and given a delivery date straight away. All questions and queries answered promptly.
Delivery arrived when promised and although access was slightly awkward, the hot tub was positioned where I requested, all without fuss or complaints. Really excellent service from Luke and all his staff.
A word of advice to anyone thinking of buying a hot tub, pay the little extra and have a cover lifter fitted. Makes life a lot easier.

Luke and his crew have been completely awesome over the whole time I've owned my tub. The delivery was quick, and they even helped me put a fence panel back in. A year later the service and aftercare has been great with helpful advice. If you're thinking of taking the plunge, do it with SpaRevive.

Without hesitation I would highly recommend SpaRevive to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub. The core principle for my recommendation is the amazing professional customer service by Luke and the team. When purchasing something such as a hot tub you will absolutely have lots of questions and I am someone who asks alot of questions over many weeks and even months in some cases. Luke always answered my questions in a timely and friendly manner even when I was clearly repeating myself. With the help from SpaRevive I selected the Costa Rica with 5 seats and 1 lounger.

The manner in which a business looks after its customers both pre and post sale is vital to reputation and SpaRevive is building an outstanding reputation.

The installation wasn't easy because my gate was slightly too narrow and fence panels couldn't be removed therefore Luke suggested alternatives with my deciding to use a hiab (mini crane) to place the hot tub safely into my garden. The team then carefully moved the hot tub into place, set it up and filled with water. The maintenance and functionality was demonstrated twice and I know I can ask questions when needed.

My key advice would be to 1) ask questions 2) consider your preference for 1 or 2 loungers carefully 3) you don't need a 32A power supply installed to have a hot tub albeit I do have one 4) listen to the advice given by Luke and the team they know what they are talking about.

Had my Palm2 since Dec 5th. I searched round for months looking for value, advice and features, electrics etc. The advice I was sent via Messenger & over the phone was what sold it to me. Very informative and only £100 dep with rest of payment on delivery. Some other companies wanted £400 and the rest a few days before delivery!
The 2 lads were friendly and wouldn’t leave until they answered all my questions n how to run & maintain it.
Highly recommend this company. In fact our friends have just purchased one on the strength of the service we were given. We’re never out the thing👍🏼

Best this we have ever bought!

We have been looking for a long time for the right hot tub. When I enquired Spa Revive, Luke was more than helpful. He has not only got us best hot tub but also in incredible price!

The experience from the beginning was first class, Luke answered every single question and advice us on products.

We have ordered the Kerala hot tub back in November and Luke made sure the delivery happened before Christmas!

The lads who came to install the tub were very professional, briefed my daughter really well (as I was at work). They have even face time me to make sure everything is in right place!

Since the day we bought it, the hot tub is never empty, the whole family loves it!
