Amazing tub and top class service.
Helped right from start when I was researching and that helped continued all the way to install.
Also feel I can call/text the team anytime in the future for help or advice.
Very very happy and would highly recommend!!!!

What can I say about this company, from when I started thinking about buying I messaged them and they got back to me straight away, I was very nervous about buying as my side access was narrow, I sent over all the measurements etc and was guaranteed it would fit.

Once I had decided to buy the Rio, I had a delivery date within 15 minutes of me paying my deposit and it was within 2 weeks which was amazing.

One delivery day we had heavy snow the weekend before which made things awkward, I was half expecting a call to say we ain't coming. But they got here and fair play they were amazing, they had to remove my drainpipe and my gate and didnt moan once (they also made sure Everything went back properly)

The Rio tub it's self is amazing, it's looks modern and it's really relaxing, everything ee wanted 😊

I'm hoping this last me for years but if I ever upgraded my hotub I would definitely use this company again

Hot tub was delivered early this morning off Spa Revive and what a great service. Hot tub is literally brilliant couldn’t of asked for better, especially considering the price we got! In addition, the delivery lads was faultless, they had a 4 - 5ft instant drop they had to contend with and they just made it look effortless, knew exactly the best way to get it into place safely without damaging the tub in any way. Afterwards talked me through everything twice over so I knew exactly what I was doing after they left. Faultless service and highly recommend.

Excellent hot tub. Looks so modern with the grey surround, led lights and Bluetooth speakers! I was a little anxious to buy on line but the Guys were brilliant quick responses to the messages ( and I did have a million) and great set up, being shown what to do and all queries resolved... looking forward to a glass or two in it 🥂🥂

Amazing service and support by spa revive, before and after sales. Luke was very helpful from word go, answering any queries I had, even on a Sunday morning 😂. The three lads delivering were all great, friendly, helpful and didn’t rush off. Even helped me hang my gate before leaving after taking off to bring hot tub round. Highly recommend. Ben

I have been looking at purchasing a hot tub for a few years. I was undecided until I came across Spa Revive. I was taken with the Rio. I love the spa so much. It’s luxury, a great specification, the lights and waterfall and jets just make it an incredible relaxing experience. The service has been fantastic and I would highly recommend Spa Revive. It’s been a difficult year for me and having this spa has helped me relax and unwind. I can’t wait to have some hot tub parties 🎉 in the future.

The 2 guys that delivered it went through all the chemicals and how to use the controls, Definitely recommend, the Rio is a great hot tub lots of jets and great size

Luke couldn’t be more helpful on pre and post customer service on buying the hot tub- trying to save me money throughout with tips. Going over and above - especially on the after sales!

After being a bit worried about using online company for my hot tub(as is a lot of money to hand over) I paid a deposit of £100 and placed my order . I was treated very well from the start and only paid the balance once installed. The 2 lads that installed it had come from Chesterfield to Stevenage to deliver and set it up and were very polite, friendly and worked tidy and safely. They ran through the operational side of the tub, explaining in an understanding way .
I am very happy with the service that I have received and would highly recommend this company .

Only delivery the guys did not leave until the hot tub was full and the water had been treated. Aftercare has been very good, he’s always supportive with any further questions we may have.

They are so reasonably priced compared to other hot tub companies and I know we have made the right decision in purchasing from Spa Revive. I really do recommend this company!

Cant reccomend these Guys enough.From us enquiring about the hot tubs to the delivery of it, you couldnt fault them We were told a date for delivery and then updated on the day regarding a time. Luke was at the end of the phone for any queries. After looking around at several places. This was definately the best place for value for money

Absolute legends. Luke has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish very rare to find decent customer service nowadays but this team have it. All delivery agreed and arranged for a date and they kept to schedule leaving at 1;30AM to get to Cornwall. All in a days work Luke said .Thanks again for such an amazing service. Becky Cristian and their family are loving the new Tub.

Sparevive were amazing from start to finish. Answered all my questions no matter how silly or how many I asked.
I had been looking around for a while to get the perfect hot tub and this company seemed really good value as well as a lot of amazing reviews. My garden has restricted access so helped work out how we could solve that problem.

The delivery men who installed where fab. On time ( early even ) and didnt leave till it was fitted and all our questions were answered.

Could not fault them at all. The top customer service is the main reason I went with this company

I couldn’t recommend spa revive enough. From start to finish they were seamless. Even late on a Sunday evening I received a response.

I was slightly apprehensive as it’s a large purchase. I am delighted with the hot tub and the two lads that delivered couldn’t of been more helpful.
