First Class Service. On delivery day it was raining heavily and due to the layout of the garden etc. we were on tenterhooks wondering if all would go well. We needn't have worried at all. Josh and Tommy, the delivery and installation guys were great. It all went to plan and they explained everything to us and by the time we left, we felt confident in operating the hot tub. The process from start to finish has been great and Luke has always replied to my questions very quickly. I would not hesitate in recommending Spa Revive if you are considering a hot tub. Well Done Guys.

After going through 2 lazyspas I made an impulse purchase, well after a search on the net for a good hot tub 🙈 I came across Spa Revive. The price for the tub I wanted (I wanted one with 2 loungers so we didn't fight over them). I emailed them that night and the next day put my order in for delivery the month later. I ordered the Palm 2 and haven't been disappointed. The guys turned up when they said, it was my dad that took care of the installation because I had mixed up the holiday dates and we weren't back until the following day. Anyhow what can I say? I'm certainly not disappointed it's amazing and actually can't believe it's mine. I've had to contact them a couple of times for a few questions as my dad didn't absorb all the info. I've had a reply and help quickly and instantly. It feels well made and hopefully will last longer than my lazy spas!! Would definitely recommend this company.

Highly recommend this company, so pleased with my Hottub, delivery and install was made easy with two very helpful gentleman, they gave me all the information I needed for smooth running of the hottub, nothing was to much trouble, excellent service!

Great tubs great team .. what can I say from the minute I got in touch with Luke I just knew I was going to have a good experience. His service is second to none with contact made on Facebook and what’s app and the tub was delivered to his word on the date agreed when the order was placed.

Tommy and josh the delivery and installation team were great. Having left at the crack of dawn to make it down south and have the spa all up and running before 11am was unexpected and exceptional.

Thanks Luke & the team! It took me a while to decide what I wanted but Luke was amazing and patient with me giving me all the information I needed to make a decision. Delivery was on time and only had to wait a couple of weeks! Lads who came to set up the Hot Tub were brilliant, made sure everything was how I wanted it and took the time to explain how it all works! Would deffo recommend to anyone 🤩

Every part of the process was made easy. From giving advice on the spa to electrics and foundations they were first class. Delivery date was spot on with instillation done quickly and to a high standard. Friendly staff explaining how to operate and maintain spa. Would recommend them highly.

Excellent company , no fuss just good honest and easy to deal with ,was delivered on the date and easily installed with there experience, excellent quality tub , Very pleased with it !

Very helpful with the information I requested bout the spa, it was explained Cleary and not too much trouble. The guys who delivered it were very polite and friendly and also helpful.

With going into lockdown we decided to get an hot tub. More so for us to be able to relax together as a family and enjoy the outside without leaving the house. I messaged a few companies and from the start, spa revive were the quickest to respond and nothing were too trouble for them. They gave me the best day possible to get my hot tub here, as I wanted it yesterday under the current situation. To my astonishment they managed to get me it delivered 3 days early. The guys came all protected carried out all the work, with us keeping our distance with the coronavirus guidelines. Now we are up and running and my family are together enjoying our hot tub. I would highly recommend this company. From start to finish the product and customer service were fantastic.
