Great customer service when I had an issue with one of their products.
I bought their Cordless Green Ribbed Glass Lamp in large and the Orange and Mint Mushroom Light. The mushroom lamp is cute, you don't get loads of light from it but it's more of a decorative piece. The Green lamp seemed to have a faulty connection, it flickered and went out every time I used it. I emailed their customer services and a lovely lady called Grace got back to me, asked for a short video of the problem and then immediately sent me out a new lamp. I appreciated that she solved my problem so quickly. And the lamps themselves are a nice product.

The lights arrived very securely and ethically packaged (no plastic). The lights worked first time and were very easy to set up. They look beautiful in large plant pots in our garden.

We absolutely love our solar dandelion lights. They add a definite wow factor and finish off our garden scheme beautifully. The company was extremely helpful throughout the process providing a professional, efficient service. We would definitely order from them again and recommend others to do so.

Disappointed in how long they took to arrive! Did not arrive in the first week- 2/3 weeks before I received them- had needed for a party occasion
However, have seen some more lights and hope to buy and receive sooner this time!!

This is my third set of lights from you. They are very unusual and beautiful. I love them all. I bought the most recent ones for a gothic lantern and placed them in the bottom. Stunning.

Delivery was good as was packaging. The lamp itself is lovely but very small. Maybe this should teach me to get the tape measure out rather than go by the photos online. I would have preferred it to be a little bigger. Also the on/off switch is on the base of the lamp so you have to pick it up to put it off. Not the best when you’re all cosy in bed & then have to fiddle with the lamp rather than just flick a switch. Would I buy again? Probably not unless a larger model is introduced.
