Needed information about spa cover lifter roller style, sent 3 messages via the online messaging system and didn't get one response, finally rang them, went through the usual prompts, first try the line dropped out, second time spoke to someone with an American accent and had a call centre vibe

Fred was a great sales assistant and helped us extremely in choosing the right spa with all the extras with in our budget. Highly recommend going to spa world Gregory Hills. Superb customer service and an endless display of spa's to choose from.

We ordered a spa many many months back knowing there would be a wait. Was updated throughout the process. Problems arose with our deck but SpaWorld were happy to hold the spa for many weeks without charge so that was appreciated.

Excellent company to deal with. The delivery and installation of our new spa was easy and faultless. Advice is only a phone call away.

From start to finish the process of purchasing our spa was made so much easier by the knowledge of the staff, Michael in particular knew every detail of the spa we were looking to purchase which was refreshing compared to other companies. The delivery and installation was seamless and our questions after delivery were answer promptly. The ongoing service has been great too when we drop in for a water test or to buy chemicals.

Steve Whyte was so personable and helpful, I came into the show room a couple of times to ask a number of questions and he answered everything. As i was investing ALOT of money i researched many other companies, BUT Steve put my mind at ease AND gave me confidence to purchase from Spa World. Steve was the deciding factor to order from this company. Thanks Steve, If there were more salespersons like you, i would be BROKE! - I will recommend you & SPA world to everyone!!!

From my first discussion with Sean the next with John to tell me the spa was in stock and then the delivery to slab by Andrew and Mal (from the Hobart branch) the service was first class. I cannot rate the Launceston crew highly enough. My wife and I are very pleased with the service and the product.

Slick sales man who wants a deposit with placing a order for a spa which arrives 7 months later, it's all down hill from there no communication empty promise and to top it off dealing with a call centre which is in New Zealand PS the sales person who originally make the sale can't even call the customer back avoid were possible please people

Thank you Duncan for all your advice. We were originally going to purchase from a competitor but there customer service was poor, we are so glad we changed as there was a lot of things we learnt which we weren't told about originally. Whilst we had a couple of communications issues with Spa World early on, a phone call to Duncan and he sorted everything out pronto. Our Swimspa had to be craned in over a two story house and having someone turn up on site to help coordinate this made it super easy on the day.

We are absolutely loving our new spa from spa world. Thanks to the very professional team that delivered & precisely positioned the spa in place.

Highly recommend Theo from Spa World Dandenong. Theo provided great service, expert knowledge and has always been there to provide support pre & post delivery. The follow up phone calls are very much appreciated.

So far the purchase experience has been excellent. Lillian was accommodating and attentive in the showroom. When we decided to upgrade our order to a bigger and better model, there wasn't any fuss and the approvals were quick. Looking forward to the delivery.

A big thank you to Trent! We had some issues on delivery and he was there to assist. Trent even FaceTimed us to help get our swim spa up and going, we had no idea what to do. Amazing customer service, thanks again Trent!

The Dandenong showroom has a great display with working models. Definitely worth a visit

I ordered a Vortex Aqualounge Extreme from the Sydney Pool and Spa Expo in Feb 23. I was told the spa would take about 6-8 months which was fine with me. It was ready in July and I had the option to accept it then. The communication was constant. Questions were answered quickly. The delivery guy was very experienced and the spa was dropped into the backyard with no issue. The platinum handover was easy, again with professional and knowledgeable people. We discovered a light not working. This was fixed quickly. A little later, I discovered a head rest had a small cut in it. A quick email to Spa World and a replacement was provided within a week. I cannot fault the customer service and after 5 months, I cannot fault the spa. I can only recommend the product and people.

Spa itself is fine. A couple of people we dealt with are ok.
Staff behind the scenes who are supposed to coordinate the whole thing are terrible.

I have had multiple conversations with the complaints department about my disgust of having to do their job for them.
Still waiting for the manager to call me back after I said I want to speak to the CEO about this disgusting experience and how I am training their staff of their own policies and procedures. I would never buy from this company again.

I only gave one star because the review doesnt allow me to give 0. 11 days later my parts have not arrived and courier cannot be contacted. Will not shop here again.

Theo was a great salesperson providing us with all the information we needed to make an informed choice of spa. He, and the Spa World team kept in touch from payment of deposit, all through to delivery and the experience was seamless. We highly recommend Theo and Spa World.

We recently purchased a swim spa from Theo and had so many questions along the way. Theo has been so responsive and made the whole experience seamless. We’re now looking at our dream backyard right in time for Christmas! I highly recommend Spa World and Theo if you’re wanting to turn your dream into reality!
