The whole process was very easy and quick. We ordered a number of samples which were free and came very quickly. Once we had chosen our wedding stationery it was easy to edit and adapt to what we wanted. The email proof was very useful to receive to double check everything before it was sent out.
Once we had confirmed this, our invitiations arrived within a couple of days and were very high quality.
We managed to get a deal as there was a discount of 30% which was great. I would really recommend Special Day Direct for wedding stationery.

I have ordered my wedding stationery from Special Day Direct and would not hesitate to recommend them. The stationery arrived quickly, looks great and is very reasonably priced. When there was a supplier delay to one item in my order, it was rectified very quickly, with no fuss and very friendly service.

My invites came within a week of ordering them and were delivered by 24 hour courier which I could track online.

They were carefully wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap.

They are beautifully printed and although the colour ribbon I first recieved was wrong they quickly sorted it out and I recieved it the very next day!

I would not hesitate to use this company again. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

I was nervous about buying wedding invitations online for self-assembled, but I need not have worried. I was able to easily design the cards online and they came exactly as I had wanted - with no typos! And the self-assembly really was child's play.

Sample service is a great idea, it let me have a look at the place card for free. The place card was high quality, exactly like it was described. Once ordered it came really quick. I got an email to say my product had been dispatched and when it was due to arrive. Can't fault it.

Ordered daytime invites and reply cards. Arrived when they should and they did alter the invitation price when I found them cheaper elsewhere (prior to ordering of course). The reply cards were printed slightly too far to one side so the wording over-ran the pattern slightly - I wasn't happy with this but to be fair when I emailed them a photo they re-did the reply cards and had them with me on 24hr delivery so I couldn't ask much more than that. Have since ordered evening invites and if we can afford to I will have their order of service too.

I would definitely advise using their email proof option for £5 as I made loads of changes to mine (their generic system for inputting info doesn't really yield the best results on the card so you need to be able to tweek it). But their responses with the new drafts were prompt so it was definitely worth the extra fiver.

Would use again and recommend.

Getting married later in life and met the love of my life I wanted a humorous wedding invitation for this special family occasion. Got exactly what I wanted in specialdayndirect. Tom was most helpful over email and the invitations arrived safely and in perfect condition even though I requested a small number. Would recommend this company to anyone loved them.

We spend £50 extra for a rush order and were unable to get it in the requested time. A helpful member of the team offered to compensate us for this in return for some RSVP cards. However we also ordered some heart seals which we are still waiting for 2 weeks later and have not yet heard a response re when they will be delivered so still can't send our invite- not impressed....

Really good quality product. Wasn't aware how much assembling I'd personally have to do but it was all worth it in the end! Very very clever. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

I have not received my invites with 8 weeks to the wedding. I rang to ask where they were to be informed I made an error in the address which I haven't and now today received an email to my father thanking him for my purchase.

I was a little reserved when I first came across Special Day Direct as every part of the invite was done online. However, once everything was completed, the proofs were sent and invites delivered they were perfect. I have ordered the RSVPs alongside the invites and I will return to order the 'Thankyou cards'. This was a pleasant experience and would recommend this website to all.

Delighted with Special Day Direct - our order was processed very quickly and excellent service. Fast, efficient and friendly to deal with, making sure our invitations were perfect before processing (digital proof available for small surcharge).

Delivery was timely and cannot fault this Special Day Direct. Invitations were unique and guests have commented our invitations are some of the best they have seen.

Can't fault, was a delay with invites (due to sale stock not being with them) one phone call and the stock was sorted with other supplier. Would not hesitate to use again, polite customer service, very helpful and rang to say invites now with them and were being printed and would take a week to be with us. Exactly right a week on and invites arrived, wedding invites ect are of good quality and well worth the money paid. Excellent. Many thanks Special Day Direct for a hassle free transaction.

Ordered online and given a delivery date but this came and went several times.in the end it arrived one month before our RSVP date. Not given any recompense . Very poor service.

Company was great emailed me the proofs within one day of ordering and had my order shipped and delivered to me within the week. I was a little worried about ordering as it was from the internet so not really sure how they would look when they arrived but must say they are amazing and I would totally recommend people to use this site if looking for wedding invitations

I ordered invitations for my daughters wedding. Overall I was very happy with the service and the end product which was good quality and the order was quickly turned around. I do have one 'gripe' which is the additional cost imposed for an e-mail proof. I can understand costs being imposed for printed proofs, but in this day and age charging for an email proof seems crazy. It did get my 'back up' and I then looked around elsewhere just because of that, eventually coming back because I liked the product. I make this comment not to be critical, but to point out that you probably do lose some business because of this and as a businessman myself, I'd appreciate the feedback. I have no objection to the reference to 'charging for proofs' being taken out of any part of this review published... its for your info.

We have been really impressed with the service and quality of the invitations. Very prompt and even before the selected delivery date. All securely packaged. Would definitely recommend them.
