My cards and invites when they arrived, were beautiful. They looked even better in real life than I imagined and made me feel so happy - now I really believe I am on the count down. Can't wait to write them and send them out and then hear back from my guests - I bet they will love them too.

We were spoilt for choice when it came to choosing our wedding stationery. A vast range to suit all tastes and budgets. The webiste was easy to use when we placed our order and the wedding invitations arrived earlier than the time originally quoted. They arrived well packaged and we were not disappointed with our selection. Great service.

We chose the fuchsia design for our day invites from Special Day's excellent range. There was a slight delay in receiving our proof, as Special Day were unhappy with the card they had been supplied. They offered a similar alternative, which was then delivered promptly. The proof was beautiful, so we added evening invites to our order. When they arrived, there was a slight printing mark on the day invites, but the rest of the order was perfect. Special Day arranged a replacement batch of cards, which were delivered first thing the next morning, with no quibble. The customer service was impressive, and we have received compliments on the excellence of the cards. We would use them again and would highly recommend them.

I found special day direct in Bride magazine. We had booked our wedding in 8 weeks so had no time to mess about. The site was simple to use and the choice was great - we paid extra for quick delivery and the invitations were with us in less than 24 hours!!!!!

We used them for Order of services and ours being quite complicated the team were very helpful making aditions and little changes at our every request. When they arrived they were simple to put together and looked stunning.

To top it off we decided that they had been such good value for money we would get thank you cards too.

The process of ordering my invitation was very quick and simple. After the order was placed, if you chose to receive an confirmation email you did get one within a day. My original choice was no longer available and I was phoned by the company explaining that. The company gave me an alternative which was similar, which I went with. They sent me an updated email for me to approve. The cards arrived within 5 days of confirming. Over all I was very happy with service. The only issue was that everything came flat pack and you have to assemble it yourself, which I feel for the price it should be done for you. That was the only down side of the whole process as it is time consuming putting each card together. You should also include instructions on how to assemble the cards and put the bows together.

We are so happy with our invitations. They look just beautiful and arrived so quickly too! Can't wait for all our guests to see them.

Good website easy to navigate, free samples brilliant quality and easy to order. The only negative was once day & evening invitations were ordered when checking the status it was always at processing, so didn't know when to expect them

From the first email making enquiries special day direct supplied a fantastic service. Very prompt email replies all queries dealt with. Fantastic wedding invites supplied in a few days. Highly recommended.

Very easy to order online. Quick and efficient delivery.
Most are self assembly and tried to pick a design that was easy and quick to do however the design I chose did not mention the fact we had to assemble the bow onto the card. Although the holes were pre punched through the paper interior and exterior card, they had not been push out, once that was done we then had to get the ribbon through 4 tiny holes per invitation which proved to be very tricky, frustrating and time consuming. The invitations were then finished by tying the bow at the front and although several attempts later we managed to get a reasonable looking bow it did not resemble the example provided. Maybe a little instruction sheet included would have helped.

Special day direct are a great company. Very easy to use and very competitive prices. Extremely happy with the final product and will definitely recommend to all friends and family that are planning there special day

I am really pleased with my invitations they are perfect, they even changed the colour of my ribbon to match my colour scheme. My invitations are brilliant quality and have recommended Special day direct to all my friends!

we had been looking for reasonably priced wedding invitations for months stumbled across this website had a fantastic range in every colour size shape possible. we orderd ours when we found the perfect ones sent all details through and finalised THEN realised we had a spelling mistake on our address so messaged a member of the team via email and immediately received a reply stating not to worry and that he would take care of it.... wich as you can imagine I was a bit uneasy.
few weeks later our invites arrived more beautiful than we imagined and word perfect.
would reccomend to anybody looking for perfect invites on a bit of a budget. 100% perfect.

Our invations were lovely we got all the placecards, thank you cards etc all matching. They were good value. I have a beetle so they were just the personal touch. My sister recommended this company as she got married last year & got all her items from them as well. I would recommend this company to any one. Hi, I ordered a sample and it came through within a few days, the quality was great, better than i thought it was going to be, so we went ahead and placed the order they came through quicker than expected which was fantastic and they were perfect. I also a few extra spare which i was not expecting which i thought was so thoughtful because you always make a mistake so this covered this. Putting the invites together was an evening of fun and very worth the while, You feel like you have made it all instead of buying them and sending them out.
