I ordered a spare pair of glasses a week ago and have received them today. This was by far the best online experience I've had with any optician website. I had a query on the day I ordered them, so I sent an email and received a phone call immediately from optician. Also the price was unbelievable. This will be my go to place for glasses from now on.

Very rare these days to receive excellent customer service especially from an online retailer.The website and options for glasses and lenses is well laid out.The prices are very good .Order went smoothly and my glasses arrived so quickly I thought Concorde had been used. The only way an order could be completed so quickly is by a human being making a special effort in processing. As a person with a healthy level of scepticism I'm confident you'd struggle to find companies and individuals who will do better than this for customers. Kashan called the delivery day to check I had received glasses and I was happy. Just received my new varifocal glasses today and very pleased. It is a risk to buy your glasses and not see the optician to measure and fit etc. but the lovely gentleman rang me up as soon as received my prescription and said it would take a little longer just to get it right which I totally understood. He also managed to send them special delivery as I was going away. Will not hesitate to use Specs at Home in the future and will also be getting an old pair of glassed reglazed

I have never worn glasses before, so these are my first. I was really anxious, didn’t know what lenses to get or what options, I didn’t know what things meant, and was generally just freaking out about having to wear glasses now. I had found some out in the wild that I liked, but the high street optician was SO expensive. Kashan offered value for money AND offered great customer service. He also never tried to upsell me.
I asked if he had the glasses I wanted in stock, as the color I wanted wasn’t on his site. He found the last two and I decided I’d get sunnies too and get both frames. He even let me pick which ones I wanted for regular vs sunglasses (the pattern was slightly different on each frame). And he chatted to me later in the evening as well, outside business hours.

He could not have been more helpful and if I need further support/glasses in future- I’ll check with him first!

I am made up with my glasses. My prescription frames broke but my lenses are still in good condition. I found Specsathome and I found my frames and the price is so much more affordable, than going back to my opticians for a pair of frames.
These frames from Specsathome are a lot stronger as well and steady.

I had slight trepidation buying readers online but my local optician was so expensive. The owner contacted me to run through my order just to clarify I knew what to expect. I have never had that level of customer care from an online company before. I received my glasses as promised and they are perfect and at a very reasonable cost. I did however buy a second frame in error, totally my own fault. Kashan refunded me without hesitation. He is a pleasure to deal with and has left me in no doubt where I will be purchasing glasses from now on. Excellent customer service, thank you!!

Customer service is unbelievably good! I was in a real pickle - my frame broke and Specs at Home had the frame at an excellent price. I asked whether they could be sent to me by special delivery and I had them in 1-1/2 days! I will be back and will recommend Specs at Home to all my friends and family.
