DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY bought a pair of Skechers Diameter Vasse Mens Shoes because the shop didnt have my size in stock £4.99 delivery come like boats return them ye you got it at a cost of £4.99 to return cost of the shoes refunded less any postage costs it turns out they knew about the sizing problem from the reviews left so i order a smaller pair ye £4.99 postage again today so all in all its cost me £14.97 more for these shoes than it should have done SHOKING CUSTOMER SERVICE reported to trading standards and asked my bank too step in to get the rest of my money back order No SD40000120668998 if you want to do anything about it

I presume this is the right Trustpilot page to leave feedback on as there's over 10,000 Sports Directs on here and none of them have good feedback!! The website link goes to the UK one which was what I used.

I bought some boots but had to take them back as they wouldn't fit very well with a thicker sock on. They didn't have any the next size up and would only give me a credit voucher and not my cash back!! I'm sure this is illegal. Thankfully the other store in town had some otherwise I'd be stuck with a voucher I may never use, or I would be forced into using it on something I don't really want. Never again would I buy something there without being 100% sure I won't have issues. Shameful behaviour on taking people's money.

Also, the checkout customer service on both visits was pretty bad. The others who were walking around were fine and helpful though.

Cheating people my second order from this company is not delivered. They told me that I will got my money refunded NOTHING has happened after nearly a month what a company blowing customers like that is disgusting.
When they told me I will get my money back I do a new order to them delivery date 1 of February NOT RECEIVED I have lost around 235 GBP from this thieves. WARNING WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are cheating people

No contact phone number for resolution of issues No customer service department that can respond directly and takes 6 days to respond to an email

Short order and wouldn’t accept any liability for shortage saying goods were sent JUST DO YOUR SELF A FAVOUR AND JUST AVOID THIS COMPANY AS IT MUST BE THE MOST USELESS ONLINE SUPPLIER EVER
and don’t buy a gift card because they take payment and they don’t supply the card so claim now with credit card company JUST DONT YS THIS COMPANY AND I WILL BE BLOCKING THEM ONCE I GET MY DOUBLE PAYMENT BACK FROM CREDIT CARD COMPAY

Absolute joke of a company do not buy online from these clowns . Their app and website don't work especially when it comes to paying then items get cancelled but the payments left pending . Trying to contact them is impossible their customer service is diabolical . A right mess and will never use this shower ever again . Well done Mr Ashley I hope you end up bankrupt . Disgrace of a company and shouldn't be allowed to trade .

3 months now so never recommend!!!!!! unbelievable
and same warehouse story lies just to extend time.. final settlement was cancel order.

Actually very simple but somehow the company tries to sneak around this simple request.
Very annoying.

I ordered some trainers online & they was late for delivery to the store. I had to pay to collect the trainers myself from the store which was bad enough but I cancelled the order because the items (which I still do not know if they have even turned up at the store because I haven't received my confirmation text message from evri with a picture & a text message from Sports Direct themselves still) to confirm my order is in store even though 2 online representatives for Sports Direct say they're in store ready for collection now to then have to speak to someone online because the store do not deal with any online purchases to speak to them about a refund that I was told had been actioned to discover later when I still hadn't received my refund that the item was never refunded because Sports Direct warehouse haven't had the trainers back from themselves at Skegness (not me) - because I still do not have them or confirmation by text message that they're in store now ready for collection. So I was lied to by Busisiwe at Sports Direct online who clearly needs training badly, to be told I have to wait for 10 days until the item is sent back to the nearest Sports Direct warehouse & then wait another 2 weeks to potentially get my refund or collect the items which are (apparently) now in store according to the 2 Sports Direct representatives online & then post the trainers back to them to (potentially) get a refund back sooner. The trainers which are normally stocked in store but Skegness never has anything in stock for some reason at most shops, were not in stock twice at different times during the week either so that was not an option & I was told all online purchases are only dealt with online also which is terrible. I will be reporting these to Trading Standards, speaking to the Ombudsman & I will never purchase from these con artists again. No wonder Mike Ashley is rolling in money if he treats customers like that and holds their money to invest it until he is ready to release it maybe. What an appalling company to deal with. Avoid!!!
