This is my first purchase with this company, actually I was really in doubt about placing an order with them due to the bad reviews but I decided to get a risk then I crossed my fingers so I went forward with the order.
To be honest everything went smooth,I bought a trainer size was big I sent it back for exchange also my experience with customer service was amazing very professional. I hope only in the Future if they can do free shipping as many companies does because I paid £9 shipping cost which is quiet a lot .
They charged £5 in first delivery then £4 for return.
Overall I’m happy and definitely I’ll be back again .

Worst customer care experience ever
Worst customer care experience ever. Ordered a men’s montane jacket XXL. Nice jacket, but I’m a ladies size 14 and it only just fit me. It wouldn’t go anywhere near my husband who isn’t even XXL we just ordered a size up for layering. Sizing is not right, probably why it’s reduced. Asked for a free return label, never heard as much bull regarding reasons why “they can’t” issue a free label. I actually felt embarrassed for the person reeling it all off. A company that size should be ashamed and customer care is zero. Tip.. expect to pay 3.95 for return when the item is clearly not sized as advertised so would never fit. Apalling service, never again, utter rip off company.
LIES, ineptitude, illegal dealings & pathetically poor customer service!
In fact 1 star is too much! discount codes that dont work and refunds not being given. conning the customer via your currency system-talk to one of your team leaders with the name of Georgette, she will fill you in on the details (directed to Sportsshoes)
UPDATE: I was eventually contacted by a sportsshoes rep after 1month+, i was paid a ton of generic lip service & in the end although they promised to faithfully get back to me, they of course did not.
The issue started when on their site their discount code for their generic clothing did not work (this seems to be the norm*- codes not working, the site difficult to navigate etc, it has been like this for yrs & i have attempted with different browsers etc- SPORTSSHOES KNOW THESE ISSUES BUT DO NOT CARE-ALL ONE HAS TO DO IS READ OTHER NEGATIVE FEEDBACK LEFT ON THIS ISSUE).
So i asked in chat why i could not use the code & the rep said, that they would implement it themselves. I was doing the purchase in euros(one can choose from various currencies onsite). So to be precise, i would have to make the pymt in euro, then they would work out the discount in Pounds sterling & then pay refund the difference- so obviously i was getting conned by sportsshoes in the conversion, ergo not getting the fully advertised discount. I pointed out that this was ridiculous & incorrect, not to mention illegal & the reply was 'sorry, thats how we operate'. I also brought up the fact that i was owed money from a purchase i had made a short time before, that again due to sportsshoes fault (their site wouldnt allow one to implement the discount code). I was told that they would look into it & it has been nearly a month since. So i have been screwed over transactionally twice, lied to on numerous ocassions by various levels of staff & in the end NOTHING has been done on their end.
I cannot, nor will i ever condone such behaviour, especially from a behemoth of their size- all one has to do is have a look at the ridiculously high amount of negative feedback to realise, that it would make more sense & be highly prudent to shop elsewhere!
If you were to ask me, i would say that sportsshoes are charlatans, ethically/ morally empty & liars.
The measure of a company is NOT when things are running smoothly, BUT how a company deals with their faux pas & how they value their customers.
I have been lied to, screwed over and fed canned generic replies of no substance. (no doubt there are more lies & BS to come).
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR & SHOP ELSEWHERE, THE FEW PENCE/EURO YOU SAVE ARENT WORTH IT IN THE LONG RUN.

Ordered and received within 48hrs. Nothing wring with the box or the trainers other than too big for me. Returning was easy enough via inpost. I'm abit worried after reading some other reviews I won't get refunded quickly. Hopefully it will be this week. It would be a shame if customer service let's them down. There are loads of trainers I would glady order if all goes well. Impressed with speed of the delivery. Hope I'm equally impressed with the speed of my refund.

Appalling service...avoid at all costs. Box arrived very damaged with the wrong size trainers inside. Customer services basically told me I was lying as the courier had left the box in perfect condition...absolute nonsense. I was told I couldn't return the shoes, even though they were the wrong size, due to the fact that the box was damaged. I feel so disappointed. I will never waste my money on this company again. Unprofessional, unfair, unreliable and completely underwhelming in their service.

My package was delivered on monday, 5 business days after order which is not so bad. The package was ripped in a few places as was highlighted in a photo sent to sportshoes. The package was left in the pouring rain, at the side of a busy road, by our entrance, 50 meters from our house. No attempt was made to deliver to the house and no call from the courier driver. We were at home when the package was dumped.
The contents were all wet inside and out. I've complained to fastway couriers but they have no interest in what happened and told me to contact you to make a claim against them.
One of the items, pair of runners, had clearly be out to other customers and back at least once as there were no labels on the shoes, soles were dirty and the box was badly damaged.
This is terrible service from sportshoes and evri / fastway courier's.
Sportshoes requested that the goods be returned and replacement sent, so at least another 1 week delay and no guarantee of a better delivery service. I declined and asked for compensation if I kept the damaged goods, they offered 10% !!
This is for sure the last time we use sportshoes or fastway. Customer service from both companies is shocking and their false apologies hold no value.

I didn't even get to the stage of ordering but wasted hours on their website trying to order at the last stage where you have to choose payment method nothing happens the site doesn't register a choice.Next is the delivery option EVRI which claims the isn't one in my postcode,yet when looking at EVRIS site there is.Im so glad I looked at the reviews and all the problems there especially the warning about manufacture in China I'm sure I've saved myself a big headache

I had to return a pair of trainers, made a call and got through to Becky and received customer service on steroids! She was just brilliant in helping me, even though I was ill prepared with the details she needed. She was patient, helpful and funny. Ordered a pair of wide fit running…
Ordered a pair of wide fit running shoes and paid £5 delivery charge. Shoes don't fit as too narrow, but have to pay £4 return postage via their website which isn't transparent at the time of purchase. Also have to tick to opt out of marketing preferences which is iffy. Would never use this company again.

Ordered a jacket through Amazon, order was cancelled and now four weeks later no refund!
Asked for my refund and got bounced back to Amazon, Sportshoes took my money quickly enough and now won't return it after order got cancelled.
