Never again!!!
Never again! Ordered some running shoes on 04/02 and still haven't received them. Evri (the worst courier in the UK) say that the item is too big and needs to be delivered by a specialist courier (how ridiculous). It's impossible to get hold of them. Sports Shoes have been equally as bad with their customer service. They keep asking all these silly questions and every time I respond, it takes them 1 or 2 days to get back to me. Would you like a replacement? Nahh just keep mhy money. Where we should we send them? You already have my delivery address look at my order! A massive waste of time. I will never use this company again.

Je suis furieux de l'expérience que j'ai eue avec SportsShoes. Non seulement j'ai reçu la mauvaise pointure à deux reprises, mais le processus de retour et d'échange a pris plus d'un mois et j'ai été complètement ignoré par le service clientèle sauf par Lucy qui a fait tout son possible pour me venir en aide, malheureusement ses supérieurs n'ont pas voulu m'accorder quoi que ce soit en retour des 2 litiges, du temps et de l'argent dépensé pour rien. C'est inacceptable et je suis profondément déçu par leur manque de professionnalisme et de respect pour leurs clients. Je déconseille fortement cette entreprise.
I am outraged by the experience I had with SportsShoes. Not only did I receive the wrong size twice, but the return and exchange process took over a month and I was completely ignored by customer service except by Lucy who did her best to help me, unfortunately her superiors didn't want to grant me anything in return for the 2 disputes, time and money spent for nothing. This is unacceptable and I am deeply disappointed by their lack of professionalism and respect for their customers. I strongly advise against this company.

Wish I could have selected 0 stars. Avoid at all cost. I used the site frequently 2 or 3 years ago and had a fantastic experience. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes and a top before Christmas and the first package was lost by Evri. The package was re-sent and has still not arrived. My emails asking for a refund have been ignored.

Two weeks, no shoes. Sportshoes use Evri (Hermes) who are experts are losing parcels. First order arrived a week late, one day after Hermes said it would be delivered, and two hours after the timeslot. Second order never arrived at all. Got a refund from sportshoes but customer services didn't seem to care. Unanswered emails, service agent on the phone couldn't get me off quick enough, just no care at all. Awful experience and won't be using them again after years of good experiences. Avoid.

First time on SportShoes, the first thing I notice is they don't offer free returns (in 2022) and the second is their dark pattern for newsletter signup (if you do NOT want to receive them, you have to TICK "email" and "SMS").

I ordered some shoes from SportsShoes.com during lockdown and it was a fairly unpleasant experience. Fast forward to this month and they were the only stockist of a pair of shoes I wanted.
They appear to have got better, returning the shoes for a straight refund was problem free and the staff I interacted with were helpful and professional.
Worse experience ever
Worse experience ever, they charged 60 £ for international delivery, no track number, nothing received.I got in touch with costumer service several times , a nightmare! They claim they have only internal tracking which they only can use! Can’t answer any questions about where is my package? Did it leave UK? Did it enter my country? Anything! Fraudulent site!

I have bought a pair of hiking shoes, very uncomfortable but I thought I give them a try. I went out for a 10 minutes walk!!! Nothing extreme or muddy. Sent them back as the sheas are in my opinion in perfect condition. Received an email that they cannot resell the shoes due the condition of the soles.

I contacted customer services regarding a faulty product I had purchased several months ago. I was expecting the usual answers that it’s my fault and there is nothing that could be done.
On the contrary!!!
My phone call was answered in seconds as were all the ongoing emails bringing this matter to a conclusion.
Having sent photos of the fault, without question I was sent the procedure to return the goods free of charge and the a replacement was dispatched immediately.
An excellent service and I must say the first time ever I have experienced such a positive attitude and actions from a retail outlet.
I have been an on/off customer due to the offers and product range but this experience has encouraged me to continue ordering from them.
