Fraudulent returns process
Returned a pair of shorts that are too small. The package (completely unopened) duly returned to my address with the return label and royal mail postage having been carefully removed to reveal the original delivery address!!
Pleasantly surprised - v. happy with service
Very happy with my order. Paid for scheduled delivery as was on a tight timeline before going on holiday. Was very apprehensive about them arriving on time, however the service was excellent.

Misleading advertising reported to ASA
I have ordered many shoes from this company. But doubt i will again I got one of their flyers saying 15% off everything. Now my definition of everything is literally all Goods but not this company it means a few things. The shoes I chose did not have 15% off contacted the company to see ifthey would honour there fraudulent advertising. Zero response perhaps they will respond to the ASA. Very poor customer service I will be avoiding them from now on I suggest you do too
They took my money and sent me nothing.
They took money out of my account. Yet I received no goods, no confirmation, no dispatch info. Despite me sending images of my bank statement and the transaction they kept asking me for an order number! How could I provide one if a number was never issued? Avoid at all costs. They treat you like you’re trying to defraud them. I’m almost £75 out of pocket. Don’t deal with this company. I’ll now have the hassle of going to the Small Claims Court. Not happy with how this company operates.

Really really poor from Sports shoes.
I have spent nearly £1000 pounds on trainers / running products over the last 5 years, so felt I had some sort of credibility with them.. apparently not!
Having bought a pair of Hoka from them, I put them on, walked up to the post box and realised they were 0.5 too small - not a problem, posted them back looking for an exchange. Apparently they were not been received back in a perfect, unworn and resalable condition. A joke, literally had them outside for 2 mins up to the post box.
Apparently they are doing me a favour by sending me back my shoes with free delivery - despite the fact they don't fit - what on earth am I going to do with them.
Years of custom and loyalty meant nothing.
Not to worry, I will not be dealing again!

Product is a copy
The service is fine, but actually the product wasn’t a legitimate product. It was a decent copy but didn’t match the original I already owned (at far greater expense). I’d go elsewhere if you are looking for the legitimate product.
Suggest no one uses Sportshoes
Suggest no one uses Sportshoes until they change courier. Hermes needs to be put out of business due to lies and unethical practices. Hence avoid Sportshoes until they upgrade
Delivered quicker than expected
After checking online find sportshoes.com the best price on the jacket and on another occasion compression shorts I wanted. Delivery was quicker than expected shorts via Royal Mail 3 days and for the jacket an incredible 2 days via Hermes. Both as advertised - really happy with my experience on both occasions

Good prices but they use Hermes for delivery - who are the worst. Paid for next day delivery. You guessed it; never arrived. Customer service is poor. Won’t be using them again
Always competitive but worst after sales care
Bought a running head torch that went faulty, returned it under warranty but was only offered a replacement inline with what I paid! Washed their hands of manufacturers warranty and it cost me to replace with product of matching specification.

Trainers ordered and delivered next day!
Delivery issues need sorting out.
I've not had any luck so far. Bought two pairs of trainers on separate occasions and had to send them back. The postage cost me almost £18. I knew I had to pay the cost so that isn't really the issue. The problem is the delivery. At first I was notified that it would arrive by Monday so I stopped in. It arrived on Tuesday. Now I have paid extra for a specified date (next Monday) but have just received a text saying it's likely to arrive this coming Tuesday (when I'm out). I wish they would use Royal Mail which I find far more reliable.

Wish I had read reviews on here before ordering ordered running shoes on next day delivery. 6 working days ago not including weekends or Bank Holiday. Still no sign. After numerous calls and emails they have now said courier lost them.said they would send new pair today. Later the same day I get an email telling me all of this again and asking if I want a new pair sent. Been waiting ages on next day delivery shambles.
