Not the best customer service

Not the best customer service. Take no responsibility to help you, just try and pass you off elsewhere. Would be cautious if you intend to return your item.

Avoid purchasing if international

Almost a scam. They deliver faulty goods and then still charge you for the delivery plus the delivery you paid to return it. Impossible to deal with. Avoid at all cost, especially international.

Awful company as I’m still awaiting.

Awful company as I’m still awaiting my boxing shoes to arrive which was Tuesday, needless to say I’m still waiting for my new pair to come which I should have been using for my boxing training for my upcoming fight.

I would personally stay very far away from this company as there quality of customer services is shown very easily through not keeping there promises and also using Hermes as there main courier which in other terms is best to none as they couldn’t deliver themselves let alone a package.

found shoes underneath my car on path left by delivery driver ?????
then when tried to return shoes as too tight
no reply to any emails
was told soles were dirty and have been wearing them

Prices were good, returns flakey

Prices were good, kept 1 pair, only for the returns to be lost by Hermes which is a promoted return option and the insurance on offer doesn't cover the cost of the shoes returned. Do not trust this firm as they say you have wait 14 WORKING DAYS before they even consider a refund. Now making a claim through my credit card for the loss.

Refund Nightmare

It is now 16 days since I returned spikes using the Hermes return service they direct you to use at your own expense. Sportsshoes claim they have still not received the item. Looking at other reviews on this site, it appears there is something seriously wrong with their whole returns process given the number of items allegedly not being received. I wouldn't use them again unless I was confident the size I was ordering would fit.

BAD!

Good selection and price. Terrible customer service. I had been wearing the shoes for 20 days. The midsole in front of both shoes opened. and was almost a hole in the left shoe up on the wrist. I sent a complaint. They asked for pictures of damage, they got. They asked for more pictures they got more. Then more time passed. Did not get an answer. then i contacted them on Chat where I talked to "Sarah". she went over my case. so reason for return due to damage. she was gonna send me a return note by mail. Never received a return note. No explanation either. Had to contact them again on chat since they had stopped contacting me by email. Got to talk to a "Diane" she said they had no returned notes to Norway. She had to talk to the boss about what to do. Most likely I did not have to send back the shoes, those were her words. should only take some hours. REMEMBER ALL THIS I HAVE IN BLACK ON WHITE. Now a day later I got the answer that they could pay parts of the return for sending the shoes back. This is hair-raising customer service. From free return to not sending them back, to you have to pay for parts yourself. What? They make the rules as they go because they do not have a return system for Norway. Then say they did an error. they say they do not make up the rules as they go. But have spent 4 days figuring out what they can do, because they have not done this before. Had I been able to post a screenshot of her. you should see how terribly unacceptable this is !!

Useless refund times!

Shoes arrived via Hermes approx 7 days post order and payment - despite returning these to official Hermes shop with all the paperwork 3 days later - one month later still no refund in my account. They have this very doubtful story about Hermes returns taking 1 month plus for refund to arrive - nonsense! I deal very regularly with other online stores and the refund normally around 7-10 days - what’s the money making scam with this company? Get it sorted since I’d never buy again - the public entitled to know this problem.

Infuriating service, useless customer care

Good price, wide range of products, but the worst delivery service ever and an inexistent Customer care service. Their delivery never came when scheduled for three days in a row and anytime they wrote that I was not home, bringing disruption in my workday. I suggest spending a little more and go to another website to buy sport stuff.

Rubbish returns process

Now three weeks after returning boots to them, they've not had them back!! Hermes says to contact Sportssports but they're not interested. Fed up.
DO NOT USE!

I will say that the staff are pretty helpful, and the original pair of boots I ordered arrived exactly when they were supposed to. But I returned them a day later as they didn't fit properly. Followed instructions on their website and followed their Hermes link. What they DON'T tell you is the (at your cost) return to them takes 14 days. So 15 days later my boots are still not at Sports Shoes, the replacement pair I wanted are sold out, I can't have a refund yet and I have no boots. I'll now have to buy a pair somewhere else and hope at some point I'll get my £90 refund.
It needs to be stated on their website that if you return viua their link it will take 14 days. If it said that, I'd have returned another method and got it there next day.
Really not impressed, won't use them again.

Delivered What They Promised

Really good. Ordered a pair of Mizuno running shoes to Italy. Got a discount as a member of a running club back in the UK. Arrived when they should have and at a good price. Very pleased.

Poor customer service

The item was delivered promptly but was faulty - customer service is awful. The zip on the costume I bought broke on the second wear. I photographed the item and was then asked to return it, at my expense. After ten days I still hadn't heard anything, when I contacted them they said they had no record of the item being returned. They completely put the onus on me rather than sorting out the issue. I am now without the costume I had bought for a specific event!

Another good product delivered in a…

Another good product delivered in a timely manner and well packaged with no issues. Website had good description and photos of products to inform customer choice.
Only downside is price as usual

Return Sandals worke fine

I bought a pair of sandals. They sent me wrong number but return process was good, they sent me back all my money, It is true I had to say to them to send me also the postal fee and they did as it was not my fault. Good shop to buy. Thanks.

Avoid

It's a good online shop with wide choice, HOWEVER, their choice of delivery company is absolutely shocking. They will charge you for a delivery, confirm date and time slot and then..., nothing. Every of my orders was either stolen as they left parcel on a door step or door handle. There is no one to contact or complain to.
