Stayed at the Vulcano July 2026
Stayed at the Vulcano July 2026. Supposed to be a 4* hotel so we booked half board, what a big mistake The evening meals provided were extremely poor and in no way reflective of a 4* hotel. One evening on offer was puréed potatoes or as you might know them Smash, I kid you not Brussel sprouts and raw veg like bell peppers and red onion. The desserts seemed to be defrosted frozen items. Reception disinterested in my complaint and made every effort to fob me off. I emailed the manager who replied saying they specialised in brunch and evening meals were based on numbers staying half board. I paid over £320 to include evening meals we simply couldn't eat and ended up dining out I now intend on contacting the CEO Miguel Adell about this as it ruined our holiday.
So in a nutshell DON'T GO HALF BOARD AT THE VULCANO TENERIFE!
