I needed help making a wire transfer and Ley was amazing! Very responsive and helped make a stressful situation much easier. The chat function on their website is excellent for getting help and is the way I would recommend to get in touch with Support. Ley and team helped me through the process over a series of days and was always cheerful and followed up to see if I had any more questions. Once everything was sorted, the actual process was simple, quick, and straightforward. You will not be disappointed!

Instead of being upfront, this company doesn't tell you, new customers, you must have $25 in order to redeem the credit.

Extremely nefarious

Spritz finance is the easiest, most affordable way to pay bills in the United States with crypto! Excellent customer service as well!

Inaccurate and misleading. A Google search indicated that there is a free $25 sign-up bonus. When I went to the company website, there was also an indicator at the top of their webpage for $25 sign-up bonus. Therefore, I signed up got verified and asked customer support via live chat how to redeem the sign-up bonus. I was told that it was a Google ads promotion and I was not eligible. Which doesn’t make sense because their webpage also indicated a $25 bonus. I don’t know how these companies can advertise something on Google and on their main webpage and not be held accountable

Worst place ever ot off ramp your Crypto. They are slow and fees are to high!.

Spritz’s bill pay service is phenomenal! I have been using them weekly for a little over two months and have always had my bills paid within 3-4 days, including a weekend. I think that is pretty amazing for something that is secure and private with a reasonable fee. I contacted support for not receiving an immediate confirmation and it was resolved right away. I have confidence in Spritz and I look forward to using their other features.

They put up a great front. I really appreciate that they exist, but they don't put enough resources into customer service and allowing users to have better financial services than are provided elsewhere. what im saying is they talk a lot and yet i have had numerous occasions in which one of the "pre-paid" visa's didnt work while making purchases. recently i was completely closed out of a pre-paid debit that still has 67$ on it. What we know about those digital debits is that if i dont use it i will loose it. So now i have 67$ trapped on a digital card that gets declined at 100% of places so pretty much ive lost around 67$ with them and successfully transfered around 5k.... do the math. if they loose around 1.5% of my money... thats not a solid finaicail organization. they could have made that from me in fees if they actually supplied us with a realistic financial enviornment. It "works" sometimes though so i give them 2 stars.

Great interface, easy instructions, easy to set up, but: I click on "Live Support" but get - nothing. I cannot find support anywhere.

I have been in contact with support for a number of days while they walked me through the on-ramp process. Great support now that I found it! I wish there would be a "contact us" link somewhere on the site (unless I'm just missing it) I upgrade my review to 4 stars.

Finally a platform that gets all the essentials right!.
1. Clean UI with a user friendly interface
2. Great customer service
3. Low fees
4. Fast on/off ramp option

Was fine up until this November, don’t put money on there or it’ll be trapped without any ability to offload into a VCC or other institutions that were once compatible. Their customer service is now shot, and they don’t really help at any convenience.

They’ve lost my trust and I can’t see this platform as a reliable to trust any transfers or transactions

I never could get a chance to put my information and verify and customer support don’t help.

Excellent customer service experience and smooth transactions

Spritz finance has historically executed their crypto off ramp successfully but in the last 24 hours has gone dark. Poor and misleading communication, lack of transparency and money “ in progress” , meaning transfers to bank accounts that should take less then an hour haven’t been completed in 24 hours.
There updates are few and far between, and incorrect.
They say their engineers are aware of problems but they don’t say what problems are.
Looks like they are hiding a hack and not disclosing it to clients.
Find another off ramp vehicle.

The loading of crypto deposits in the card is slow but support responded very fast and loaded the deposit within 15 minutes.

Update- My experience was not one I ever want to repeat but I want to say Spritz did give me my funds back finally today 20 days later.     I  have been a customer for a year mainly bill pay only , used them over two weeks ago to buy crypto,  same day wire option , took them over a week to tell me they could not complete purchase and I  would be given a refund, said would be processed Monday, It NEVER CAME they continue to hold my whole 5 figure crypto they themselves said would be refunded.  No updates on when they will refund my money as promised, by either chat or escalated support email address.  Trust level 0
