Spritz finance has historically executed their crypto off ramp successfully but in the last 24 hours has gone dark. Poor and misleading communication, lack of transparency and money “ in progress” , meaning transfers to bank accounts that should take less then an hour haven’t been completed in 24 hours.
There updates are few and far between, and incorrect.
They say their engineers are aware of problems but they don’t say what problems are.
Looks like they are hiding a hack and not disclosing it to clients.
Find another off ramp vehicle.

The loading of crypto deposits in the card is slow but support responded very fast and loaded the deposit within 15 minutes.

Update- My experience was not one I ever want to repeat but I want to say Spritz did give me my funds back finally today 20 days later.     I  have been a customer for a year mainly bill pay only , used them over two weeks ago to buy crypto,  same day wire option , took them over a week to tell me they could not complete purchase and I  would be given a refund, said would be processed Monday, It NEVER CAME they continue to hold my whole 5 figure crypto they themselves said would be refunded.  No updates on when they will refund my money as promised, by either chat or escalated support email address.  Trust level 0

Easy to sign up and simple to use - but then the problems begin. Multiple attempts to cash out using Solana USD but failure upon failure with support simply saying they will get back after resolving the issue and then... NOTHING.

Horrible crypto site never added my deposit said I was verified then all of a sudden I wasn’t

I'm writing to tell all of you that I have been using Spritz card for at least a year to a year and a half. I made the mistake of starting two accounts. One I didn't activate fully, but on one of my deposits, it went to that account. Let's just say there was some investigation and a good amount of correspondence to find my deposit, first, transfer it to my active account and then close the inactive one after the transfer. Spritz team never got tired of working with me until the entire matter was resolved. They remained attentive, friendly and respectful.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had a transaction that didnt confirm in time so my bill didnt get payed. When I sent the TXID, they resolved my issue in HOURS. Ty you sooo much Spritz!

“Live” support is absolutely terrible. Unacceptable when you are dealing with people’s money.

I have had $2800 I can not access for almost a week now and “live” support is an absolute joke.

They have blocked my card due to some unauthorized charges, which Is fine. However they did not tell me, let me load the card, and proceeded to not answer for days on end.

I STILL have not been able to get them to unblock the card just so I can move my money out of spritz.

I have typically had a good experience with them and transacted a lot of volume. But this experience right here I will probably never use them again.

Updated to 4* for working with me to resolve the issue, I am keeping it from 5 stars just based on no 24/7 live support, there really should be access to a human at any time for any problem when dealing with peoples finances.

I have been using Spritz finance a few times now and I can say they are RELIABLE and trustworthy. Deposits to my account have been reflected in no later than 3 business days. Also, their support team is pretty responsive and helpful if you have any questions. Recommend it a 100% to off-ramp crypto.

So far Spritz's communication and responses to my questions have been prompt and as detailed as they could be...I ask many questions, and some features simply haven't been rolled out yet. However, the speed at2975 which updates/updates and features have been truly impressive.
