Scammers

Feels like they took everyone's money & ran with it. I had a customer that came to with the same issue, they paid over $2500 for their custom Holden R8 headlights, they had moisture from poor quality sealant & caused one of their RGB Strips to stop working. Would not trust them.

Same issue (Ghost) as everyone around Order…

Same issue as everyone around Order Number 1900. I Ordered in October 2025 and as at today ai have not received one communication from them. $2000 worth of lights purchased and paid for in full - to not even have a response is more than unacceptable.

This is NOT an unprompted review.

I will change this review when circumstances change - and I receive the product I paid for. I think it’s pretty fruitless writing these reviews as I don’t see how the business is functioning or attending to the issues they obviously have in front of them. Shutting a website down and not answering the phone and email and written communication is just poor.

They might very well be great lights - however I am yet to see a tracking number or a response from the Company to any of my communications - in 7 months.

i have been waiting around 5 months for my order #1979 i have emailed multiple times asking for some information and have had no response or update
very poor customer service skills an update on headlights i paid $1450 for would be appreciated

No news on my order

I ordered headlights on 28 October and…

I ordered headlights on 28 October and anything that I’ve received since then was the receipt that day and I’m just wondering when you go onto Shop it still shows auto processing. Could you please let me know how long before the items turn up as I have not received Any more information since then?

A bit more communication with the…

A bit more communication with the customers would be great.

5 things not happy with:

1. Delay with the customization (took more than 6 weeks) as advertised.

2. Shipment was made without consulting with the customer and this caused a further significant delay in receiving the package.

3. The headlights had a broken piece upon arrival (probably more better if sent through DHL rather than other ways - again, should have discussed with customer what is best in their region).

4. Headlights came foggy on the inside.

5. Lighting on the headlights are set to constant blinking motion when switched on and cannot be set to stay on permanent (like original park lights instead on continuous blinking). Quite annoying really that it cannot be controlled.

Have been trying to contact supplier…

Have been trying to contact supplier all day on all socials and no reply at all. Am Wanting to cancel the order #1939. Piss poor effort not hard to answer a phone call this is poor customer service wouldn’t recommend

Sorry but I purchased my order on the 27/06/25 #1900 and which I paid in full I still haven’t received my lights and I only live 40 minutes away . I have sent 2 emails just asking when will I get them and yet I have had no response $1700 is a lot of money it is had to let someone know

Awesome Guy, Great Products

Dallas is an awesome guy to deal with! Explained the whole process, gave heaps of details about how the finished product would look and all for a reasonable price! Also a great guy to just have a chat with, very passionate about what he does and very professional in his work ethic and business. Highly Recommend
