Excellent experience! I had mislaid my Certificate of Insurance but this was solved instantly by Staingard who then recommended making a claim to solve my problem. Highly recommended!

I give this company a 5 star as I found Ben the service cleaner as being polite, friendly, professional in his duties and respectful. He carried out a service clean on my brand new carpet that I'd recently accidentally spilt tea on. Just now waiting for my carpet to dry. Apart from that I didn't find the admin team very warm and friendly. A bit frosty mannered.

Quick response, great communication, short lead time and repair carried out on inspection. I was expecting an assessment and then to have to rebook for repair but done on the day. Very efficient!! Technician was also very good, rang to let me know when on the way and informative with repair.

Good service,the only reason I gave four stars is length of time waiting for Stainguard to come out.I’ve used them twice in four months and no problems.

Beware, don’t buy sofa insurance from them scammer’s. I’m regretting wasting my money on the insurance, I rather give that money to the charity. I’m definitely going to take them to financial ombudsman .

Mattress protector failed.. not a big stain on the mattress but having spent so much on the mattress protection I expected more.

They did answer after world of beds for intouch having initially ignored the complaint. Sent it off to them in April it took them 2 months to test. I only believe they did because i chased. Showed a video that didn't look like the stained protector I sent at all and tested it using a spray bottle of water.. I don't know how spills and accidents happen in your home but I don't tend to do a gentle spray!!
Dont bother paying the extra money just get a basic protector it will save the same and they aren't going to clean you mattress anyway.
Here's hoping they at least return the protector (ideally the one they tested) I will update you if they don't.

Denied paying an accidental damage claim for some structural damage that was clearly accidental (slight slip when I was looking under the mattress and caused some framework damage). I was sold the policy under the assurance that accidental damage was provided, and was very disappointed that when the time came any excuse was made to deny repairing or replacing the framework as needed. Do not buy insurance cover from this company.

Good communication throughout. Good customer service. Nigel the Technician did a good job on the repair and was friendly. Cannot tell it was ever damaged by our 7 year old. Would highly recommend.
