They took my payment and didn't pay the owner which almost made me lose the driveway near my home

No number to call so I was lucky I just canceled my booking the same day and got my full money back

Terrible experience renting parking…

Terrible experience renting parking from Stashbee, they had an issue with their card processing software not accepting a company credit card. Paid personally for the parking and when they "resolved the issue" with the card processing software it was transitioned to my company card. They missed three invoices and then "chased" me personally for the "debt" . I moved home between renting the parking but then ended up with a debt collector tracking me down to my personal address and a marker against my credit file. Will be persuing Stashbee for poor management of this. I never received the warning letters as they were sent to the wrong house. No understanding from Stashbee, or DCBL that they referred the debt to. Good luck getting hold of anybody at Stashbee.

I've checked our system, and it looks like the payment method on file for your Stashbee account was your personal card, not your company card.

When your payments failed, you were sent a number of reminders via email and SMS. I believe you then raised the issue with our team in June 2021, and they provided the overdue invoices, so you could ask your company for reimbursement, but we never heard back following that.

As payments remained outstanding until the present time, the debt was passed to our debt collection agency. Their system updated contact details, which is how they traced your current address. However, this process does not affect your credit score.

Please don't hesitate to contact us in case you'd like to discuss this matter any further.

I am awaiting details from the leasee of a garage space on how to access it. My parking has been paid for and started yesterday.

Outstanding customer service

I left my first impressions rating earlier, but I felt the need to leave another due to the outstanding customer service when an issue arose.

The agent copied in the CEO who also wanted to reassure me that they were looking into it, and as someone working in corporate I understand the pain of working with an unreliable partner company, so I trusted that they would resolve it (and it looks like they did).

I wasn’t going to use the services again but this has potentially made me change my mind.
