YOU WILL BE CHARGED TWO RETURN FEES!

While the checkout process on their website was fine, my problems started when I tried to return the bracelet that I had purchased from them. I was charged TWO return fees: One when I took the item to the post office to return the item, and TWO when Steel & Barnett charged me a SECOND time fee for returning the item. After repeated, repeated emails, they were unrelenting in refunding me at least one return postage. BUYER BEWARE: You will be penalized for returning an item, forcing you to pay and be charged TWO return fees and they will be unrelenting in their stubbornness and illogical explanations to charge you twice.

Poor customer service

I have been trying to get a refund on a bracelet since I’ve sent it back after emails I have yet to hear back regarding the refund on my credit card.

Steel & Barnett offers high-quality bracelets with fast shipping and beautiful designs. While I did experience a quality issue when a bracelet came apart after a couple of weeks, their customer service was quick and professional in resolving the problem. The leather and beaded bracelets are made with quality materials, and my husband enjoys wearing them. The products are reasonably priced, making Steel & Barnett a great choice for stylish accessories. Overall, a solid 4-star experience with room for some product durability improvements.

I absolutely love the bracelet I…

I absolutely love the bracelet I purchased from Steel and Barnett. These days, when ordering something on-line, there’s often something about the product that can leave you a little disappointed. Not so with Steel and Barnett. Not only did I love the design of the item, but more importantly the quality of the material couldn’t have been better. I now have the confidence in the company, so that I look forward to buying more from Steel and Barnett in the future. Oh and by the way, the customer service is second to none. Thank you!

Poor customer service experience.

I would say the products are very nice but the customer service is not.

I sent two emails to their customer service that went unanswered. The first was to ask about shipping because it was taking awhile to get a tracking number for the order and I hadn’t heard anything. Instead of answering the email I sent they sent the tracking that same day which I guess is ok.

After receiving the bracelets I realized that one of the stone bracelets was too large and that they may have sent the wrong size. I ordered two stone bracelets one of which fit perfectly the other was part of a stack everything else in the stack fit well except the round, stone bracelet.

I emailed customer service to inform them that I had received a bracelet that was too large and I never heard back…again.

I must also write that I am a bit dissatisfied with the price I paid. These five bracelets cost me $187 with a first time buyer discount and I don’t feel that it was worth nearly $200.

Maybe this review will prompt them to finally answer my email.

My Bracelet

Ordering, shipping and receiving of the bracelet was excellent. My bracelet unfortunately came completely apart after 2 weeks of daily wear and following the care instructions and had to be discarded.
