I ordered a montessori learning tower on the 29th March 2021, and sadly the delievry was delayed due to the Cargo Ship that became stuck in the Suez Canal affected StepUp's products being shipped. Stepup consistenyl kept me up to date with any updates about my package and when my product was finally delievered it was of perfect condition and I love my product! I would definitely purchase from StepUp Baby again in the future and would thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful kitchen helper, classic design and really sturdy so doesn't wobble or tip over easily. Really encouraging independence and helping our toddler to be involved in daily activities in the kitchen. Shipping was a bit delayed but received clear comms from seller so we knew when it would come and in the end it was earlier than it might have been. Loving this and would highly recommend, thank you!

Prompt delivery, easy assembly, good quality.

Took ages to arrive due to a hold up at the ports / customs. If I had known before placing the order, I would have bought an alternative elsewhere.

Excellent product, easy to assemble and my little girl loves it. Great communication and customer service too.

My daughter loves the step up learning tower, it has really changed to way we interact in the kitchen. She’s learning to help in ways I didn’t think were possible at such a young age. Great quality item, sturdy and really easy to construct. It’s looks really smart and is easy to clean. It doesn’t take up too much room in our small kitchen and fits perfectly under the breakfast bar when not being used. Would definitely recommend this item and company.

This was a present for our close friends’ baby boy. They love the tower and use it everyday.
They can cook and wash dishes together finally. They have a smaller size kitchen and the tower is perfect size for them. Due to the long delay in delivery (not a fault of the company) one star less.

Product is great and works as a climbing frame as well as a learning tower! Supplier kept us updated about shipping issues beyond their control.

Solid product, very easy to construct - no additional tools required.
Very happy with it and adjustable heights - bought for our 18 month old but our 3 year old also loves it.

We absolutely LOVE the step we bought for our toddler. It’s great quality abs was super easy to put together. It was a shame we had to wait 6 weeks longer than expected for our item but appreciate this was due to situations out of the control of the company. They kept us informed via email of the delays and it really is the only reason we are giving 4 stars rather than 5. The product really is great and we would definitely order from them again.

I would give 0 stars if I could- I ordered this product in February and it is now mid April and it still has not arrived!

Absolutely love our Stepup Baby helper. We use it all the time whilst baking dinosaur biscuits, washing hands, prepping vegetables. A great success!

Great product, my two year old daughter loves her new steps. She loves to “help” in the kitchen with cooking, baking and washing up so these are really helpful in allowing her to reach, from a safe position and saves my back from lifting her up all the time to wash her hands. I was a little sceptical about spending so much money but I’m glad I did. We use them a lot throughout the day, they are well built and safe.

Arrived really quickly and was easy to set up. We chose the plain wooden one just incase we want to paint it when we move house. It has been one of the best purchases I’ve made for my daughter. She’s only 1 but already getting so much use out of it. She loves seeing what we’re doing from meal prep to washing up.
She was going through a period of fussy eating and so I thought including her and letting her see me prep the meals may help. I’m so happy to say it has after only a week of use. I’ve recommended to all my mummy friends!

The product arrived in good time when the company said it would. It was relatively easy to asemble and looks good in the kitchen. As soon as it was put together my daughter had already climbed it. We had a few inital falls on the climb down but she absolutely loves it and is up there all the time to be included in what we are doing at counter height. Washing up is a big favourite.....lucky we have wipable floors LOL
Only thing I would say is it takes up a reasonable amount of space so if you have a small kitchen think about where you will store it when not in use. Ours is pretty much just out all the time.
