Ordered a customised bed and it’s wicked, looks well smart. The delivery driver went out his way to make sure got into my house without any damages. Thanks guys have a happy Christmas

Ordered table & chairs in November and was promised delivery for Christmas. By mid December, I was ringing twice a week to check progress, only to be put in a telephone queue for 20 minutes at a time then to be fobbed off or put through to answerphone. Emails ignored, phone messages unanswered, promised call back never came. Finally got a call back after I left a very poor review. Such a shame as now it has arrived, the furniture is beautiful! No way to run a business - sort it out, Stone Butterfly!
*UPDATE: after delivery, I noticed flaws in the fabric on two of the seat pads. I contacted Stone Butterfly; they emailed back within the hour and I was promised replacements. I wasn't holding my breath but two new seat covers have arrived this morning - thank you Ryan! Hopefully, this heralds a much better customer service all round!

Having felt there was no other choice but to post a poor review due to the way I was treated (delivery delays and lack of communication) I am pleased to say that finally Ben has taken responsibility and sorted out the problem and helped me to understand why these issues arose in the first place.
Good customer service recognises when the customer has been let down, owns the situation and puts it right - this is what has now happened. It would have been better if this had occurred some time ago - but we've all had a pretty challenging year - so I'll cut SB some slack!
Now I await the arrival of our chairs - and if they are as good as others say they are we may well be ordering a couple more!
Didn't think I'd be saying that a few days ago! - but credit where it's due ....
(I'll let you know what we think of the quality once we get to "park" ourselves on them!!))
