Very well made four poster bed! Apparently made in the uk, I love supporting British, the bed looks fantastic, the bed is finished to a very high standard, well worth the wait

Just took delivery of my wishbone chairs, they look amazing well happy with my purchase.

Had a slight delay, that seems to be the norm these days where ever you shop! Stonebutterfly kept me in the loop, well worth the wait, my grey egg chair looks fantastic, such an iconic piece of furniture! I would use stonebutterfly again.

Great chairs love the colours, I went with 6 Dsw eames chairs with wooden legs, there was a slight delay, but Jamie kept me in the loop, really happy! I’ll be back to buy the table for sure.

I’m so happy I found stonebutterfly, I ordered a Customised TV unit I was amazed there is a company that can actually customise your furniture. The quality is exceptional I’m so happy I would Definitely recommend Stone butterfly.

After a friendly visit to the showroom, which I have to say is very well kept and holds extremely helpful staff, I came to the decision of purchasing one of their Eames Recliners. Delivery was prompt and they even rang me to book it in with me. I paid the additional £55 for the white glove service which was definitely worth it, the polite driver was very helpful when coming into my home and assembling my chair. I will be looking out to purchase from them again in the future.

I ordered 6 dining chairs in early Sept. There was NO indication that they were not in stock.
I have chased them twice now and was last told that stock was due to arrive in mid November.
It’s now 23rd November and I still haven’t heard anything and not even a courtesy email to let me know what was happening.
They have had my money for nearly 12 weeks now and I still haven’t received anything.
I DEFINITELY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. Please steer clear of Stone Butterfly and go somewhere that has a better track record, their customer service is absolutely appalling!

So in case you don't like reading the detail of reviews I would advise at this point to read the negative reviews if you have come here, prior to shopping with this company (I have also established they trade under the name 'Boss Living' too - so avoid that site as well!).

There is nothing that tells you more about a company then how it acts when things go wrong and the fact is, this company doesn't care. The customer service is none existent - just look at their responses to complaints on here, that are non-apologetic and just white wash over the reviewers issue, with signing off with, 'we hope you enjoy your items' - disgraceful.

I checked on Trustpilot before placing my order and thought, oh there are far more positive reviews, than negative, it will be fine - wrong! They seem to want to keep hold of your payment and will send your items, when they feel like it!

Like many reviews on here I ordered items that were in stock. The company is based in the UK, so am I, so a week after ordering and not hearing anything I decided to check-in. Nothing on their website reflects any issues due to Covid or lead times etc. so I should have my delivery.

The items were still in stock and so were some excuses, but that was it, still no action on delivery!

There are clearly inconsistencies in the level of service as there are some positive reviews but sadly I am in camp 'disappointment' with my below-par experience .

Know your customer rights if you are having a long-standing problem - go to Citizens Advice or Trading Standards for advice. Resolver.co.uk is also a free complaints tool.

Keep chasing too- it is exhausting and you shouldn't have to do it, but the fact is this company only seems to react to being chased. Good luck to anyone still awaiting their delivery! I shan't be back!

They delivered within the 2 weeks announced. The quality is very good. Their driver installed it too. I’m very pleased with my purchase and will recommend them around me.
