So happy with my tulip chairs , fast delivery and quality is great.

I've bough some stools from their website on April and the delivery was pretty fast. As the first experience was positive, in September I've bought another chair that was marked as "in stock" on their website but this time the item never arrived. The chair was for our business and after 3 weeks waiting for the chair I've call the company and I was told that the chair was sold out and it would take another 4 weeks to be delivered. I had to get a refund.
Very unprofessional the second experience, I felt let down.

So happy with my wishbone chairs, they look amazing, excited to host Christmas now, fast delivery great quality product, I will recommend stonebutterfly.

Really friendly customer service, went the extra mile to get my cabinet to me, which is very well made, I love the fact is uk made, keep going guys, thanks so muck.

We purchased dining table and chairs from StoneButterfly and it really was a positive experience, they kept us informed of delivery dates and when I called to change the order about a week prior to delivery it was sorted without fuss or drama.
The quality of the products are excellent, we also opted to have the furniture assembled, which again we would recommend. The delivery arrived at the time agreed. It’s a shame that some of the bigger national stores can’t take a leaf out of StoneButterfly in terms of customer service and attention to detail.

I was looking for a wooden four poster bed for quite some time, then I came across stonebutterfly, I ordered the lockington four poster bed, to my delight I had the bed in a off white colour which goes in my room perfectly, I’m am thrilled with the quality and the look of the bed! Very happy, pictures to follow.
