Great DSW chairs, fast delivery. The pads add a touch of comfort. Really happy about them!

I’ve used stonebutterfly interiors on several occasions now and I have to say their service is second to none. Had a slight delay with my most recent purchase but with the way the world is now that is only to be expected.

Great website! I ordered a bespoke cabinet for our new conservatory. I can’t even find the words. It’s absolutely stunning !

Their delivery team got it setup there.

Bought a bed 2 weeks ago and it has just been delivered today. I cannot describe how happy I am with it. Well worth paying for the white glove service as well as they guys put it together in no time at all.

Ordered an office chair, a clock and a side table and all 3 are just perfect. Excellent built, great materials (no cheap feeling / look) & easy to assemble. Definitely will place new orders soon.

Love my new eames lounge chair, great quality, the leather is good quality, I would definitely order a 2nd chair, I’ve ordered many things on line this year , and most items I have have experienced delays, that being said the world is in a mess right now! Stone butterfly delivers in just over a week! Thankyou

Definitely the worst experience I've had in the past few years.

They promise a 3-5 day delivery. It's been almost a month and I still don't have a tracking number or confirmation it's been dispatched. The products were adverstised as in stock and were desperately needed.

Their responses are slow and uninformative. It sounds like their own staff don't know what is happening.

Shocking customer service experience and delivery lead times.

Ordered in June and just received today, no indication of delay to start and given about 4 different dates.

Product very nice but money taken and kept for nearly 3 months. An apology but refusal to provide any credit or discount.

Would never use again. Simple.

Ordered the egg chair in grey wool, so happy with how the chair looks in my kitchen lounge, I wasn’t sure whether I should or not buy the chair as it’s a real statement piece, so glad I went for it, the chair is Comfortable and great to read In, I would also recommend the white glove delivery, the gentleman was Delightful.

Love my new Oxford sideboard and my nuguchie coffee table! Very well made, I paid for the white glove service, the driver was lovely! I would use stonebutterfly again. 😄
