Quality product / Excellent service

I found every staff member helpful from start to finish including the delivery driver! Everyone I dealt with at this company was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to get my chairs to me on time for our food halls opening night. The chairs themselves are excellent quality and everyone comments on how comfortable they are. I went for the white masters style chairs. Thank you to Stone Butterfly - I really recommend them highly.

NO REFUND 3 MONTHS LATER
I ordered some chairs from Stone Butterfly and had to send them back because I changed my mind. I still haven't had a refund and I returned
them back in May.

Received my handmade Boston tv unit yesterday, Thankyou stonebutterfly, really happy with the quality, definitely better than IKEA haha, I’m now looking at your sideboards! I did have to wait 3 weeks, as it’s handmade I didn’t mind the Waiting. Will be recommending stonebutterfly to friends and family.

Would give 0 stars if possible, I ordered an ‘in stock’ item in June to then be informed it’s out of stock and will be dispatched in 4 weeks, 4 weeks passed no contact from Stonebutterfly, I emailed to chase was told it was expected in sometime in August. 8 weeks after ordering still no sign of it. Would never buy from here again!
Apparently items show as in stock due to a software upgrade they are in the process of completing, the items I ordered have showed for the whole 8 weeks as being in stock, quite frankly I don’t believe a word they say.

I had a wonderful experience with Stonebutterfly. I purchased a bed from them and spent some time on the phone to the lovely sales lady who took me through all the options and helped me decide what to have. The bed arrived today and I am so pleased with it. I will definitely be coming back for more. Thank you.

I Ordered my furniture on the Monday and it was here the very next day. Fast delivery and really good quality. Absolutely perfect.

Absolute joke of a company items advertised as in stock are not available once purchased. Delivery date promises are continuously broken excuses are nothing short of hilarious constantly telling different stories nothing short of fraudulent avoid these clowns like the plague. Dear stone butterfly please take me to court based on this review I’d love to have your behaviour heard in a court of law.

We bought a 90” marble table for the best part of £1000 in the middle of the lockdown. We paid for the white glove service and despite the long lead rime everything was good upto the delivery and installation, it was put into our new extension room as a social table but never used for months as we weren’t allowed people round.
My wife asked at the time of installation if it needed any special treatment or cleaning being natural stone and was told no just clean with soapy water.
After first use when we were allowed people round we had children who put their drinks on the table just as they do on our natural stone worktops, difference is they left a ring on the table , a water ring which would not come off with soap and water , furthermore where we rubbed with soap and water and a soft cloth as advised it left a type of smear stain on the surface. Despite multiple emails over months they replied yesterday saying it is out of warranty and this is natural wear and tear, they even changed the description on their website saying “ Some customers prefer to seal these as they are natural stone” We were originally told they were already sealed. They think they have tricked me but luckily my wife sent me a screenshot at the time of purchase without such wording.
I am seeking legal advice to sue this company, as there are also bits falling out of the surface where the stone has been filled. It is cheap Chinese rubbish sold at inflated prices.
You will see lots of 5* ratings of people who haven’t had anything go wrong yet, when it does you will find these people are shysters

No comment below on why they changed their website after the complaint , like I said conmen appalling customer servive just wash their hands of a poor product. Sealing was never ever mentioned until after the issue occured, you would not expect to buy a social table and then need to seal it afterwards, it is like buying a wooden table and needing to varnish it after purchase. Steer clear. We also first complained in April by phone then in May by email and only received a reply this week.

So impressed with my new bed. I picked a farrow and ball colour to match my decor in the bedroom and it looks great. Paid for the white glove service and the guys bought it all up and fitted it together perfectly. Very impressive.

I always wanted an Eames chair & not being able to afford an original this was the way for me. This red chair looks great in the background of my zoom calls & everyone fights to sit on it.
Stone Butterfly were also fantastic when I had a problem with my chair after 18 months and replaced everything we needed. They couldn’t have been more efficient and helpful.

I visited the Stone butterfly showroom and was shown many samples, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I purchased 2 Eiffel barstools in Navy with chrome legs, my girls are very happy with them, very comfortable, sturdy and stylish.

I brought three beds all the same style for my luxury Glamping site the quality is fantastic but most of all the service was 2nd to none, you can always tell I good company with their after-care.
5 * rating I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great products and wonderful customer service. One of my items was damaged in transit, but the matter was sorted out quickly and smoothly. Highly professional - I won’t hesitate to buy from Sone Butterfly again.

Had a very sentimentally valuable Noguchi table and unfortunately managed to break the base beyond repair -
Having seen same table available on the SB website I made contact to see if the base could be sold as a separate item - we communicated the answer was positive, checking all dimensions etc etc -
New base arrived this morning - well packed and perfect!!! Thank you Lauren and all at SB for all your help - great service!!!

Bought a bed a week ago and had it delivered on Friday. Have to say I am extremely impressed. It looks fantastic and it arrived a lot quicker than I expected. Really quality product.
