Lovely fragrances. Well packaged and arrived on time. Great products and fantastic discounts

I decided to order some candles for myself but I have been left extremely disappointed. The first one I tried wouldn’t light because the wick was covered in wax. So after removing some of the wax it eventually lit but the flame was so small it only lasted less than a minute. I’ve been in touch with the company who asked for photos which I sent, now though I am receiving no response to my messages. What is also disappointing is that half of the candles in the box have a tiny wick or the wick is covered in wax. I won’t be ordering anything from Stoneglow again.

Wasn't particularly well packaged meaning one boxed item in the delivery box was slightly squashed and creased. Wouldn't have been a problem if this had been just for general use but it was part of a Christmas present. I also specifically selected that I did NOT want an account created. So what happens after ordering? I get an email with a link to enable me to change the password on my account! Huh? Will think twice before ordering here again. Oh yes, and the delivery experience is provided by Evri. Sigh! Doesn't your heart just sink when you get that notification. Needless to say it failed to be delivered at all in the first communicated timeslot, and just scraped in about an hour late at the second attempt.

I found Stoneglow Candles in John Lewis and purchased one as a Christmas Gift. The scent of the Sandalwood & Patchouli candle was beautiful. When I got my purchase home I went on the Stoneglow web site and purchased more of the same. That way I could keep the candle for myself. When lit, The entire property had such a luxurious smell. The replacement products were ordered on line and delivered with speed. An excellent service provided with email communication for dispatch and delivery details. A nice company to do business with. They have a wide range of products and scents.
I will certainly be buying more.

I’ve been a fan of Stoneglow for many years after buying a reed diffuser in a small gift shop in Norfolk. I’ve since ordered many times from the website. The products always smell really lovely and there are regularly great offers and customer rewards. My last order was slightly delayed due to one item being out of stock. I was quickly notified via email by Adelina from the customer service team and given an eta for delivery, which was only a day or two later than originally expected. When my order arrived I found I had been given a little treat with my order as a gesture of goodwill for the delay, which was a really lovely surprise. And as always, I am delighted with the items I ordered.

I had a problem with my order, one of the candles had unfortunately smashed. This was sorted out immediately by Adelina in customer service who sent me a replacement straight away.
I love Stoneglow candles, they have a wide selection to suit all tastes. The reed diffusers are good too and last for ages.

Fantastic candles and wonderful support from Adelina. I needed candles replaced quickly. Her professional and diligent approach ensured the order was processed correctly and delivered next day. Excellent service and products.

I had a issue with a candle (glass was broken) I emailed Stoneglow and within a day Adeline had messaged me back with a apologise, saying it would be replaced right away thank you for the fast service Adeline is a credit to your company

Contacted Adelina enquiring about a particular Reed Diffuser refill. She was most helpful in locating this for me although it was a discontinued producted. Her communication and efficiency I could not fault. Am really pleased with my product.

I’m a very dissapointed customer.
I bought 4 refill diffuser oils . 1 for myself and 3 for Xmas gifts. I can only smell the fragrance if I place the reeds under my nose . Company wasn’t very concerned at all about it . I was just told send it back at my expense unopened .

Beautiful scents, well packaged and topped off with scented tissue. Fast delivery. These fragrances really are a cut above.
