Website was easy to navigate. Found the product I was looking for with ease. Beautifully packaged refill for diffuser.

Love the smell of this fragrance oil but I couldn’t get it to come out until I punched holes into the dripper insert. It looks like it should have had three holes punched out but only one hole was punched so nothing would come out. I’ve bought three of these for presents so I have they won’t all have this problem. Nice smell anyway.

My sister has used the Orris & Ylang Ylang reed diffuser for years and everyone comments about the beautiful fragrance in her home. I have started using it too and I'm absolutely delighted with it. I was surprised how quickly the fragrance filled my living room. This company's reed diffusers are far superior to others that I've used. I would highly recommend this company.

I had never heard about this company until I received a Sea Salt diffuser for my birthday. And WOW it is gorgeous. I have spent a fortune on diffusers paying up to £45 a time. I now realise I have been paying for a ‘name’. The day after I bought a 500ml refill for all my diffusers. no word of a lie this saved me £180!!!! As one review mentions, delivery took a while due to the company closing for a week. But everyone deserves a break don’t they?? The website for very clear orders would not be processed for a week!! Once they returned my order was received within 5 days. So I feel this review was slightly unfair. I am so happy I found this company. Would highly recommend and will use again. This one diffuser made turning 50 worth it. Just wish my birthday points could have been added to my rewards account.

Ordered several Reed diffusers a week ago and paid for these at the same time. Fair enough, there was a message saying that they were closed until today. due to staff holidays. It does not seen to an efficient way to run a business having eveyone off at the sane time? If this is the case, then perhaps they should not take orders unless they cannot fulfill them? I have purchased Stoneglow products previously from department stores so I know they are good quality but have not previously ordered on line before so am not able to comments on the quality of something I have yet to receive

Ordered the peony and gardenia diffuser after smelling it in a show home. The diffuser arrived unsealed no plastic wrap around the box itself and the mouth of the diffuser itself was unsealed. It doesn't smell nice at all. It's definitely not the same as the diffuser I smelled in the show home. Not sure why it was unsealed either and it felt as if I had been sent a diffuser that had been already opened and returned. I will not be ordering again.

7 months ago I actually found a reed diffuser that I really liked, after literally years and years of 'yeuck'! It was Stoneglow Orris and Ylang Ylang and it has transformed my lounge from slightly old musty to utterly desireable in a 90year old house. Now, I've bought another, exactly the same for the guest room and bathroom and am happy.

Took a while to dispatch, though I appreciate the free gift. However the diffusers are very disappointing. I chose well reviewed items but none of the three (palo santo amber, orris ylang, sea salt oakmoss) produce a discernible fragrance at all (well, sea salt oakmoss a very faint one), compared with sandalwood patchouli and fougere vetiver, both of which are brilliant. Free samples would help make a better choice, maybe?
