OMG it smells so good
OMG it smells so good! The size of the candle is way bigger than I expected and I'm so happy about it. I bought the reeds from this company because my eye doctor has the same brand and every time I would go in his office it would always smell amazing so I asked to see which brand it was. Super happy with purchase, high quality luxururious scents. Will buy again!

Candles Candles Candles - I love them!
I regularly order 'The Unwanted become the Wanted' candle package and I love it. My order I received yesterday had 6 candles in, two of which were in boxes. Ordering them this way gives me a chance to try quality candles, different smells and different ranges that I might not normally order. My favourite one received so far is the Sweet Balsam and Cade Candle but the Wellbeing Wake Up one is really fresh and lovely. All candles are in perfect condition just minus the box or a little something. They are perfectly wrapped for transportation too and I have never received a broken one.

The BEST smelling candles and diffusers ever!! I have purchased a lot of different items which always come perfectly packaged and I love the wide range of scents and designs. The scents last for ages and I get constant compliments on how lovely my home smells! love love love my mist diffuser and the scented oils, wouldn’t be without it!

Wonderful scents
Ordered a variety of different candles and a diffuser, second time purchasing and all smells divine and scents the whole house. Also comes beautifully packaged and looks much more expensive that I bought it for. Excited to purchase a refill for my diffuser.

Mist diffuser
Mist Diffuser and oils are amazing, fills the room with a beautiful sent! Everyone who comes into my house when I have it on compliments how nice my house smells! Well with it, best mist diffuser yet.. honestly I’ve tried so many different ones and they have ended up in the bin! This one is a keeper 🥰

Gross basic scents
Ordered a diffuser and a candle in different scents and honestly the diffuser smells like basic toilet air freshener. It was supposed to be black pepper and silver birch but there is absolutely no scents of either. Had to put it away after having it out for an hour because the smell was making me gag. The candle was supposed to be Palo Alto a sort of woody smoky scent but after burning it for an hour I couldn’t smell anything at all. I contacted customer services and the people I spoke to were understanding but unfortunately their commercial director decided not to have any sympathy for the situation and I wasn’t offered a refund or discount or anything. All I was offered was returning them at my cost but there was absolutely no guarantees they would refund me once I’d sent them - so essentially spend more money on some rank products, not exactly good customer service. For an online scent retailer you’d think they’d have even a touch more empathy but evidently not. Don’t bother

We have tried our best to explain that as per our T&C’s - all costs incurred in returning goods are at the customers’ expense, and if there is a genuine fault we would most certainly refund postage and the product costs. We do understand why you may be frustrated but please know our terms and conditions are put in place to assure you of our best intentions.
Poor quality
Really disappointed in the quality of the product. Previously diffusers have filled the room with scent. I ordered a diffuser & 2 refill oils for different stoneglow diffusers & can’t smell them in the room at all. Yes I’ve left it over 48 hours, yes I’ve tried them in different locations & I’ve also tried flipping the reads over but sadly absolutely zero scent. Would highly recommend avoiding as not fit for purpose.
