Excellent quality job and committed to getting the work finished on time. Would not hesitate in recommending Andrew and his team.

We had Andrew plan and build us a brick fire place with wood burner with the help of Michael. From start to finish, we received a very professional and friendly service, and our fireplace looks just how we wanted it to. It's very clear that Andrew and Michael are very skilled in their profession and this comes through in their workmanship.
We will be recommending Stoves Man to everybody and we want to thank you all very much.

Andrew & his team have installed a couple of wood burners at my house in central Norfolk. The job has been done to a very high standard & I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him to anyone. My wife & I are very happy with a job well done & at a very competitive price. These guys are consummate professionals & are very passionate about their craft.

A top class firm that puts the customer first, with a very high standard of workmanship. Installed my new Parkray in a day, and this included building work to the hearth and a new liner. No mess whatsoever. These guys really know their stuff. It is rare to find this level of service these days. A well deserved five stars.

We had a Delusso R5 woodburner installed in February which we at first thought would be too big for our room but has turned out to be an excellent choice. We would like to thank Andrew, Paul and Rob for working throughout the day ( a Saturday - due to them being so busy and Andrew agreeing to an early installation) Andrew was ill so most of the work done by Paul & Rob who were absolutely brilliant, efficient and tidy.
Lots of helpful advice from Andrew at the early stages and all in all a great company to deal with - I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This guy is the best. He supplied and installed a wood burner for me. Sound advice no hassle service . I now have a great wood burner that has been installed properly . Use him you won’t be disappointed. In fact I’m having stoveman back to install another wood burner in a different room .

I was exceptionally happy with the service of Andy and his team from our first initial enquiry through to the end product. My stove was fitted in no time and with no fuss or mess. I couldn't be happier and would recommend them whole heartedly to anyone who was thinking of getting a stove fitted.

Andrew turned up to quote for the job exactly as promised and talked us through the whole process from conception to completion. At no stage was there ever any sales pressure.
He quoted us a very reasonable price which included a stove that he recommended, next step was to visit his show room to finalise the details such as stove choice, oak mantle piece, slate hearth. It was excellent to see the range of choice that he had on display. The quote then came down in price as the stove we selected was slightly cheaper.

Installation-
Andrew and the team arrived exactly at the time and date specified, they fully protected our hallway, living room carpets and sofas. The team them worked tirelessly to build the fireplace and install the stove.

Completion-
Job progressed well and all aspects have been done to a high standard, we were shown how to operate the stove and the HETAS completion certificate was handed over.

The wood burner has completely transformed our living room and it was money well spent. I would be happy to recommend Stoves Man LTD to everyone.

Everything about this operation is 1st Class. In and out in 3 days, completed everything to an exceptional standard and we now have a lovely wood burner. I would not hesitate to recommend the Stoves Man Team to anybody. Superb tradesmen.

The company was very efficient throughout the work.
They were always on time very courteous clean and tidy and issues were resolved quickly.
The workmanship was excellent and they finished ahead of schedule.

Andrew was great to deal with from the start. He was willing to listen to any concerns we had about our choice of stove and even invited us to 'live' demo at his showroom. We felt he was impartial, unlike some other firms we had spoken to.

He was able to show us an extensive photographic record of previous jobs they had carried out.

The fitting was completed by two colleagues and overseen by Andrew. They worked extremely hard to complete the work within the day and were friendly and courteous.

The one thing I would have liked to have received was a more detailed breakdown of the costof the job; i.e. Stove, materials, labour, VAT as it was unclear precisely what we had paid for each element. This made it difficult to assess value for money.

We had a wood stove in our previous home for 22 years and have had serious withdrawal symptoms whilst waiting for a wood stove to be installed into our new home. (Actually, without a stove it really isn’t home at all, it’s like the soul has been taken out of it).
So, after purchasing our little cottage in the forest, we set about trying to find someone who we could feel that we could trust enough to put the soul back into this forlorn little place.
Previous owners had bricked up both fireplaces which had only been open fires before anyway. We thought that at best we might have to settle for a wood burner attached to a flue that disappeared into the wall behind it.....we wern’t really expecting anything quite as exceptional as we actually got from Andrew and his companion Michael!
(Boy does Michael work! And always so cheerful, we missed him when the job was completed).
As I sit here typing this review, I am sitting in front of a stunning opened up fireplace that the wood stove sets back into, with piers from reclaimed bricks and a lovely aged oak beam over the top. It sits on a gorgeous heath and it is finished off beautifully all round. The warmth from the stove and the mesmerising effect of those flames that are so clear through the glass of the stove door is wonderful.....what is the English version of ‘Awesome’ I wonder.....
The chimneys had to be lined, but now we know it is safe and the draw on that fire is unbelievable.
We found someone we could actually trust....we now have a beautiful wood stove that has put the SOUL back into this little cottage....it has truly changed the feeling of the whole place....and....we can’t wait until end of Feb next year when they are back to do the same to the other room!

We are absolutely delighted with our new Stovax Stove and it’s installation by Andrew and the boys! It has made a huge difference to our house and we would strongly recommend Stoves Man as a professional, reliable, knowledgeable, tidy, friendly and courteous company. Andrew and his Team were fantastic, they are all very enthusiastic about their work they certainly care about delivering an excellent installation and service and this certainly showed through on the finished product. I would highly recommend them there is no need to look any further.
