The fact that the shop is dog friendly helped but I’ve always enjoyed visiting the shop. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful.

The staff were very lovely and pointed us towards some jewelry and explained they can change the diamonds around to make colorful rings. Getting my ears pierced they were very kind and explained all the details on cleaning and exactly what they were doing and they gave me sweets for being brave

Took my very nervous daughter to get her ears pierced this morning and the service we received was amazing the lady who served us and done the piercing was very patient with my daughter and very reassuring which made her more relaxed! Great customer service. Explained the difference between different watch mechanisms. Encouraged my son to try different types of watches on to get a feel for them, as he does not usually wear a watch. Very good selection and choice. A great experience.

Absolutely wonderful place and fab experience. I took my 11 year old daughter to have her ears pierced and we were met by the wonderful Marylin who was so kind and welcoming. She explained the procedure and advised the best earring size. She was warm and calming towards my daughter who was nervous and the whole experience was a pleasure. A little bit more expensive than other places that offer piercings but you get a very professional experience with a good quality pair of earrings. Highly recommend.
