Great product and smooth delivery

Great product and smooth delivery. My wife and I are extremely pleased with our new Stressless recliners. Although it was necessary to wait for manufacture and shipping, the wait has been absolutely worth it. The power mechanism makes it very easy to adjust for maximum comfort and the leather is superb. We expect to enjoy many years with these fine chairs.

Quality recliners - worth the wait

I purchased the Stressless Recliners because I needed chairs that offered good lumbar support as well as comfort. We have been using the chairs for a week now, and find they tick all boxes; good back support, comfort and quality/stylish appearance. We are very happy with them and they were worth the wait (5 months).

Quality Plus

The minute we sat in our new chairs we knew we'd made the right decision. They are not cheap to buy but are extremely well made and of the highest quality. We expect them to last for many many years. Unfortunately one of our chairs is faulty. Stressless have arranged for a technician to attend our place and they will be here next week. I have no doubt that the issue will be fixed.

Euphoria Furniture

Euphoria Furniture, Hobart provided excellent service. The salesperson was very pleasant, knowledgeable and clearly interested in assisting me to make the best possible decision for my needs.
The product was made available within the time promised and the gentlemen who delivered it were similarly very pleasant and knowledgeable.
I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with the company.

Stressless

My Stressless chair is beautiful and supports very well.
However, I wish there was a way to adjust the height, as I find it a little difficult to get up from it.

Stressless leather lounge suite: pros and cons

Purchased a Stressless $18k leather lounge suite after testing a display model. Bit disappointed for a couple of reasons.
Firstly, the comfort of the one purchased is not as good as the one on display. I hope it will wear in. The foam of the one I tested seemed more plush.
Secondly, the leather seems easy to damage (as it was during delivery). So I'm not confident of its lifespan.
Thirdly, it's too expensive overall!
On the plus side,
Firstly, delivery was quicker than expected.
Secondly, Stressless are sending someone out to deal with the scratch... I will expect a replacement component.
Thirdly, construction is of ply and it seems well built under the leather.

Regarding the comfort level, the foam is always firmer from new and will soften with use over the first few months.
Stressless furniture is designed with a soft top layer of foam which will mould to the body with use creating optimal comfort allowing you to sit in your furniture instead of on it.

Paloma leather is a very soft, supple and natural leather with a protective top coat.

A truly great product

The Lounge suite we bought ticked all the boxes for what we were looking for - style, size and comfort.
The items arrived sooner than expected and was a very pleasant surprise. We are very happy with the lounge suite and found the salesman very informative discussing our wants and needs.

Personnel at the retail store does not…

Personnel at the retail store does not reply to questions sent by message.
The warranty claim form has a requirement that only very literate computer users can do.
Ie; the very last box to assist verification

The leather is very dry and not great…

The leather is very dry and not great quality. The stitching on the headrest is uneven.
The link for warranty does not list the recliners we bought. Admiral.

We ordered a sofa in June 23

We ordered a Stella sofa & ottoman, 2 recliner chairs and 6 dinning chairs in June 23.
7 months later we still have no idea when they will be delivered.
Apparently they are in dispute with the shop we bought them from and its not there problem.
They took a 50% deposit on order placement June 23.
So we would suggest you be very careful with this company as they can hold your goods as long as they like. And just ignore the end customer.
Typical northern European arrogant behavior.
Apparently the chairs are very nice to bad about the company.
