Generally ok, don’t book through mobile website as system hangs and crashes taking payment, but no booking.

Concern about some booking systems. Directly on PC works fine, via mobile is a concern.

On Mobile, payment process confirmation crashed, no booking but have taken funds and not yet refunded.

Website / PC was ok and booking / payment processed fine.

Stay clear from their mobile website. I should hopefully get a refund at some point.

I couldn't book the luggage at the same…

I encountered an issue while trying to book my luggage alongside my flight, which I believe could be improved for a better user experience. According to the website and FAQ section, it mentions that "oftentimes" luggage can be booked at the same time or afterwards. However, the process of not being able to book your luggage at the same time is frustrating and somewhat impractical.

It would be much more convenient if passengers could book their luggage during the initial flight booking process, just as is standard with many other travel platforms.

I kindly suggest considering a system upgrade that allows for luggage booking at the same time as flight reservations. This adjustment could provide a more efficient experience for customers and align with the expectations of all travelers. Thank you for considering this feedback!

scammer site

when I book my flight i paid for checked baggage and seats. but in ticket there is no checked baggage and seat numbers. i will never use this site again.

able to book a competive priced fare

Although the WEB site was a bit tricky, it allowed me to succesfully book the fares that was promised by carefully reading and searching each page to make sure I was not signing up for something that I did not want. In that respect it was a good outcome and so a good experience to be able to book a competive priced fare with a medium level of difficulty.
