I needed a flight for the following day and SU UK had the cheapest fare so I booked it through them. After making the payment I received an email confirmation but not the eTicket nor the airline reference. I called the costumer number and they sent the eTicket as well as my receipt immediately. The lady at the other end of the line was very pleasant and knew how to sort out the problem.
To improve the system, eTickets should automatically be sent with the confirmation email and customers should not wait “up to seven days” as the confirmation email states.
I give them zero stars! They are not considerate of thier customers. They like to take money but don't like to return it.
I do not recommend anyone purchasing through StudentUniverse ever!
If you thinking of paying extra for protection plans, PLEASE DONT as it means nothing to them.
I have been calling for a week now, and they haven't solved my situation. Now I have called them on my 6th day and they been playing games for more than an hour and half and still not refunding my full amount even after a protection plans.
I did not appreciate their help!

Inefiicient customer service. The problem is I booked the flight in hurry and way sure that I would not need any change. Later we have got an emergency, I have reached out to them to change it at any cost, they keep denying you can either fly through the same or just waste the money. The team is not problem solving the issue here. I was explaining things happen out of control, what is the solution here now, they keep repeating just fly, very ignorant way of solving problems.

So far, so good - nay, great. Purchasing the ticket was a breeze and the price was terrific. Have yet to use ticket so can't yet evaluate that piece of the experience.
The price was the best I found and everything was sorted properly. Easy process and great value. I will definitely look to use this service again if available and the price remains unbeatable.
