I heard of student universe from my sister. I was about to book a ticket and I needed the cheapest ticket I could find. Using the student universe app it was so easy and fast I got my ticket number and everything the day of which makes me really happy, I’ll let y’all know how it goes when I travel.
This is my first time ever booking an International flight to Germany, the reason why that I booked with Student Universe is because one I am a College student and 2nd is even though I am a college student as a 35 year old, I wanted to get a round trip to visit my sister, niece and my entire bonus family for a decent price, and I didn't want to over pay for a round trip and my former step-dad helped me and let me use his card when my card was not working because of security reasons. I am just happy with the price I paid, and it wasn't too much after I saw the total price. But I did realize an error that the cardholder's name was wrong and wasn't my former stepdad's name on it when I typed it right that was on the card.
Do not use Student Universe. Book directly with the airline. I booked a RT ticket from the U.S. to South America. The system did not ask if I wanted to check luggage, nor did it allow me a full itinerary review before purchasing. Worse yet, the ticket was non-refundable and immediately unchangeable. Most airlines allow a 24 hour grace period. But no. With Student Universe, they don’t even give you credit for the airfare towards another flight. They literally wanted to charge me $100 fee from Student Universe, plus $300 fee from the airline, plus the full airfare for the new flight segment. That makes zero sense! No manager available. Even the rep agreed with me that this was ludicrous. Why would I pay $400 plus new airfare?!? Beyond frustrated, half my airfare is now forfeited. I will buy a return ticket directly from the airline. All the terms and conditions from Student Universe are an unreasonable one-way trap for consumers. Beware and stay away!

It was all fine until you issued the e -tickets. These do not match the order confirmation. I have contacted via your website to try and resolve but no response. Also your phone number is wrong

Booking and payment process very easy and fast BUT there were hidden fees, it was not made clear prior to payment that baggage is NOT included! And so now the flight ends up being more expensive that anyone else!
The booking process was simple and quick and the price offered saved us about 20%.
I have booked tickets for mumbai (Bom) to paris of British Airways, thereI purchased a ticket from your portal for travel from Mumbai (BOM) to Paris (CDG) on 10th February ,However, when I arrived at the airport to board my flight, I was denied boarding due to a UK transit visa requirement, as my flight had a layover in London Heathrow (LHR).
I was never informed of this visa requirement at the time of booking, and the ticket itself did not mention any such condition. Had I known about this, I would have never chosen this itinerary. Due to this oversight, I missed my flight and suffered significant financial losses, as all my hotel bookings and onward flight reservations were non-refundable.,also i have paid for refundable tickets fees of around 50$ for this tickets, if not refundable, why you have charged to me ???

I got a better deal for my flights and I got to choose my seats before going to checkout while I could not find out seats option on other platforms.
Flight confirmation was sent via email quickly.
I booked a flight with checked luggage included and when I arrive to the airport they say that my itinerary showed no checked luggage. I have put multiple complaints in customer service and I have received 0 help.
