I would never use this site

I would never use this site. It never offers discounts and it doesn’t allow to change/cancel flights within an hour.

I was not sent the full ticket…

I was not sent the full ticket confirmation and had to call them at 10pm to get it and thankfully they picked up and sent it to me straigjt away. If they would have sent it without me having to call them I would have given it 5stars! But still thank you and I am greatful 🙏

I will never buy from StudentUniverse again

Your agent hung up on me and never called back. I spoke to 2 agents and was on hold for a very lengthy amount of time. Both were unhelpful and the last call, the agent hung up on me. I will never buy from StudentUniverse again.

Great flight opportunities, slow site

Great website and offers - you know exactly what you're buying. The only downside is the website and search are slow. I appreciate that insurance, baggage, and similar restrictions and add-ons are clearly marked and explained.

Not a fan of the recent updates

I prefer the old system in which you logged in. Every time I looked up a flight or re-searched I had to reconfirm my student status and age which was obnoxious. We also wanted to book my mom a ticket with the teacher discount, but it appears it’s no longer available- huge bummer.

Not going to lie, I thought this was going to be a scam, but the website was so professional and I found great flights for super cheap!! It was such a lifesaver, especially for a broke college student!

Avoid at all costs!

I would not even give this company one star. Avoid them at all costs. They take your money and run! They sold a ticket to a disabled non student and scarpered with the money. They don't answer their emails, calls are constantly cut off. Even their CEO's are complicit in this culture of dishonestly taking money. Avoid!

You don’t even deserve a star

You don’t even deserve a star. I booked. Then you emailed me and cancelled the flight. Because you said it was a wrong price advertising. Not my fault.
You then said you would refund me the money.

12 hours or so later. You took the money from my account.

Why. You should not have taken the money from my account. Because you already notified me that you could not honour my booking.
A very dirty way of trading.

I am most unhappy. As I have not heard from you. And my obey so sitting in your account.
