Everybody very helpful. Great that you can go and try out the chairs so you make sure you get the correct one for you. No pressure to buy, but delivered when they said and so comfortable. Why did we wait so long for decent chairs!

Guidance on type of chair required was VERY helpful as the space in which the chair sits is very limited in terms of size and mobility. So, I was able to determine best shape and size.

The service was excellent. The website is very easy to use, the descriptions of the chairs are accurate and informative, and the photos give a realistic image of how they will appear. The chair arrived promptly and was amazingly well packed. It took me a long time to break down the box afterwards! Another great bonus is that it comes fully assembled. Altogether a great experience - highly recommended.

Chair arrived quickly and fully assembled. So easy to adjust the seat height and the angle of the back. Feels extremely solid and well made as well as being comfortable. Wheels glide very well. Fabric good quality. All in all I'm very pleased.

Ah just what my back and bottom needed, a proper office chair! And memory foam! Fantastic. And great admin checking delivery dates by phone. And great delivery with tips how to move chair upstairs by the delivery driver.

Chair was ordered and I was kept informed of expected delivery of 10 days from order. A telephone call the day before delivery advised me of time and gave me a number to ring if that wasn't convenient. The delivery was on time and the driver very helpful and friendly. The chair is exactly as ordered and I am delighted.
