Fantastic customer service-all online sellers should aspire to be as good as this.

After the correct colour was delivered.
Summit delivered the chair with the incorrect colour. Twice. Blue(?), then Cream(??) and eventually Red(!!!), as ordered. A bit of a faff but have to say the delivery driver took the incorrect chairs back immediately (a plus for not using a courier company) and the replacements were quickly delivered. I was contacted by customer service after the second error. The chair appears to be great with all adjustments that I needed so would recommend the company.

Excellent chair, personnel and service.

Rather disappointing chair, very rickety arms which feel quite likely to break easily. And the padding is not much better, thin and uncomfortable after a couple of hours

I wasn't aware of Summit at Home until seeing an advert in The Week, and having perused the big range of styles, colours and options was persuaded to take the plunge and buy from this UK manufacturer (the John Lewis alternatives I had been looking at were all made in China).
I have not been disappointed so far, 2 weeks in, and already my back, legs and posture are benefiting.
The quality and simplicity of use are very good and I particularly liked the relative light weight (for an upstairs room at home), pre-assembled product on arrival, and ability to choose the colour and options I wanted.

Generally pleased with the design, colour and comfort of the chair. The one minor disappointment was the delivery which we were advised would be between 9am and 11am iut it arrived at 7.00am whilst I was still in bed,

Very pleased with my new chair, which was well packaged and looks very well made. I had requested a colour sample of the fabric so was just as expected. However the delivery via DPD was not so good as they texted me in the morning delivery was expected to say they had rescheduled to next day at my request - which I certainly had not requested!

I needed a new chair for my home office and spotted the Summit advert in The Times. I worked as a H&S Consultant specializing in ergonomics before I retired and purchased many chairs for the 5000 call centre staff that worked for my company. I have to say that the chair is a good as any I have purchased in the past. As a large man I tend to give the gas lifts a bit of going over but the one used by Summit is more than adequate. I am delighted with my purchase.

I saw an ad for Summit At Home and read a number of reviews which all endorsed the company's products. Delivery was in reasonable time given they are assembled to order, and I received a call the day before to confirm I would be in. I am sitting in the chair (an Inflexion) as I write and am very pleased with it. You can adjust everything you need to, including the height and depth of the lumbar support which is a must for me. My only criticism, which I have also seen from others, is that the colours in press advertising and the website aren't a great match - my chair was rather brighter/lighter than I was expecting. So even if it delays getting your new chair a bit, I would recommend taking them up on their offer to send you swatches before you order.

Superb quality chair (Tiverton). Bought for home office use. Visited the factory prior to purchasing and tried out a few alternatives. Was pleased to discover that the chair I'd planned on buying online was the one that most suited my requirements. Very helpful staff. Chair delivered within promised timeframe. If you're in the market for a high quality, comfortable and durable chair, this is definitely the company of choice.
