The sale of my home fell through because the loan was not assignable to the new owner, despite the contract saying it would be. This is a disgrace of a company.

Sungage Financial offered the best financing solution for my new solar system. The flexible terms gave me a monthly payment that fit perfectly into my budget.
I was especially happy that there were no prepayment penalties, which gives me the flexibility to pay the loan down faster. Their approach to the federal tax credit is truly a game-changer.
The transition from traditional utility bills to an affordable, fixed loan payment has been fantastic. Sungage made the financial side of going solar truly a smart investment.

Amazing experience
Amazing crew. Greatly respectful of my family and property. Hard working and stayed late to complete the project in 1 day. Incredible crew, so happy I went with solartech. Can’t forget to mention jelly in I assume the main office. She was so nice and amazing to work with, always had the answers and if she didn’t, would be prompt to get me the answers.

Your communications were very poor
Your communications were very poor. The first person was rude and unwilling to listen. He said he would call back. Never did. Waited for 3 weeks, I had to contact. You folks could not fix a simple problem. Again you said you would call back. Nope. I had to call. Finally my solar company had to call their service number and get the problem fixed. After the system was installed and I assume the solar company had paid, we get an invoice that stated we need to pay in full. I called the solar company. Then I get a paid in full notice. Finally, you sent an invoice that required the financed portion payment in full. We were under the impression that we could make payments. You even sent the payment amount that we should have had to pay.

We're sorry that you and your solar installer had to take additional steps to move things forward. Regarding the invoicing confusion, once your loan was finalized, you should have only received billing for your financed payment amount. We apologize for any miscommunication there.
