14yo son loves them

No complaints and fast shipping. Exactly what my 14yo baseball player wanted. He loves them better than his Oakley Sutros.

Easy purchasing

Easy purchasing, good communication. Wish it would've come a little sooner because my grandson was really hoping to take them to Florida with him BUT........it arrived two days later.. :( Other than that, all good. Thank you!

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. I have emailed them maybe 3 times about an order and nothing. It’s been almost 2 weeks since I ordered my sunglasses. Starting to think I won’t see them. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great experience

Great experience. My package was delivered within a week of ordering. I received an email, with tracking information, a few days after placing my order and also when my order was delivered.

The glasses were received timely

The glasses were received timely, but we never received the sohoodie. I reached out to you, and was notified the sohoodie was going to be shipped from another warehouse. And to notify you if I didn't get the sohoodie by the next week. We haven't received it, I sent another email informing you we hadn't received it and I haven't heard anything from you.

Poor customer service!

Poor customer service!! They sent the wrong glasses. We emailed them the day we received the package and didn’t receive a response for 3 days. Their email just told us to use a different email group which we did immediately. We then received another email telling us to send an email to the first email address we already sent a message to. It has now been over two weeks with no response. Very disappointing to say the least!

They do not send merchandise

They do not send merchandise. They have a pre shipment label and do not response to calls or emails. They go ghosted!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

I have bought 4 pairs of Los Reyes…

I have bought 4 pairs of Los Reyes sunglasses and cases over the last couple months they are great I love them. The best sunglasses in the world!!! I'm very disappointed in the last pair I bought during their black Friday wave #1 drop. I bought a pair at $38 and a free case but paid for shipping. No clue there was wave drops. Wave drop #2 if I waited I could have got them for $28 at 50% off and saved $10. Then comes wave #3 if I waited I could have bought them for $28 free case and free stickers but paid for shipping. I know it's only $10 and free $6 stickers and $7 case. But its the point I should have waited and I feel cheated on the black friday wave drop that was done.
