Bestway pool and filter pump
We purchased a Bestway pool with sand filter pump and within 12 hours of filling the pool, the filter pump started leaking from the bottom, so we had to disconnect it. We contacted Sunshine Pools and were told to get in touch with the manufacturer. The manufacturer then told us it could take up to 20 days for a response. We thought this was unacceptable, as the product was unusable. We then told Sunshine Pools this was not acceptable and they have a responsibility as the seller, to supply a fully working product. Eventually, we did receive a replacement filter pump, which is working perfectly.

Fabulous pool which suited our requirements and first class delivery. Presumed the pool would come with a basic chemical starter kit to get going with. Unfortunately had to order this separately

Product great, delivery was an issue
Really pleased with the pool, delivery was an issue hence only four stars. Site says next day delivery if ordered before certain time and we were confirmed next day. However when pool didn’t arrive we were told by delivery company that pool arrived late to them with no label on. As it was for a party my husband had to drive to depot to collect the 50kg parcel himself, good job we have a big car!!
