Sunshine solar couldn't have been more helpful.
Before purchasing my controller I spoke with tech support who explained how to check solar panel output to ensure that my old controller actually needed to be replaced.
This could have lost them a sale if it hadn't needed to be replaced.
The controller arrived in good time exactly when it was expected.

Outstanding service. I'd spent a while trying to track down a Victron component that simply wasn't available online from any other UK stockists. On the off chance, I dropped Sunshine Solar a quick message to ask whether they could source it, and I got an immediate reply saying they had it in stock. A brief call to sort the details, and it was dispatched straight away, arriving the very next day. Genuinely impressive responsiveness and a pleasure to deal with. I'll happily be using them for all my Victron purchases going forward — highly recommended.

Overall, an excellent experience. Prompt delivery and very helpful advice on the couple of occasions I needed it as I was installing the equipment.

excellent service used company in 2018 had good experience then needed to upgrade phoned company told them considering upgrading from gel battery to lithium and wanted to renew a 8 year old flexi that has failed they were very helpfull giving advice. ordered the following day goods arrived next day but courier messed up... first they tried delivering a few hours hours before their window slot text came at 8am saying deliver between 1500 and 1700. courier arrived 11am courier also stated on card sorry we missed you that the panel was damaged and the photo showed a damaged parcel. i phoned ythe company and they sent a replacement that day and tolsd me they would contact the courier to get the damaged parcel back goods arrived two days later well happy with the service.. just unfortunate the courier damaged the parcel in transit

I'm only commenting on delivery here, which was exemplary. I have yet to fit and test, so how that goes may prompt a further comment on after sales. From what I read that will be exemplary too.

I ordered a solar panel and it was very quickly dispatched, but unfortunately got delayed. So a second panel was dispatched and it got stuck at the delivery depot. So a really carry on!! But I must give Evan at sunshine Solar a big thank you for keeping us informed and for chasing up our delivery. He was excellent. And I would highly recommend sunshine Solar to anyone. A great product and a very helpful and approachable team. Thanks again.

Product seems to be OK so no problems with that.
However.....I paid for ParcelForce 24 Hour Express delivery, which took 4 days to arrive! Which means I missed my installation schedule.
I emailed Sunshine Solar informing them, which they responded to saying "We will look into it and get back to you"......I am STILL WAITING for them to get back to me!
No explanation, no offer of postage refund. Poor customer service I'm afraid.

Had an existing solar pannel and wanted to expand my system. Unfortunately the same pannel was nolonger available, working with the tech support team they managed to match in an alternative.

Ordering a few bits for my camper conversion, I found the items I needed for the van with Sunshine solar. They had stock at a good price ( got an offer on the panel I needed) very fast delivery. Which is not always the case now days. As some people don’t always hold stock !!! Again good service good price. Will use again we know question !

Very prompt delivery with reasonably priced postage to Channel Islands. VAT automatically removed at source, again very helpful. Item itself well priced compared with competitors.
Item arrived promptly and well packaged.
Goods exactly as described and very much matching my expectations.

Ordered my kit and came next day. Everything in kit and filtered to motorhome great. Highly recommend

Ordered the panels at a weekend and they were dispatched the first working day. Somehow the 3 package's got split up but that was DHLs fault not the seller. All arrived well packaged and even when I had an issue with DHL, Sunshine sorted immediately.

Great company to deal with. Prompt communication and delivery. I needed an item urgently and they were able to help out and ensure I received it next day. Very pleased with the service and products.
