Great panels, reasonable delivery cost and they even kindly upgraded my extension cable from 4mm to 6mm at no extra cost when I called in realising I needed it post-order.

Very quick delivery of two orders 10 months apart. The first one was for the static inverter 12v dc to 240v ac. On later reflection, I reckoned I needed to use not a big lead-acid or leisure battery, but rather a a pair of 12v jelly cells in parallel, fed from a 20 or 40 watt solar panel. The parts for this were my second order and turned in good time and at fair cost. DD43

Fantastic service from these guys, I received truthful information, not the normal biased information on what they were trying to sell, or the highest price item.
I was told one item was out of their control with regards to delivery but they would try to get the company to speed the delivery up.
They were good to their word, we received everything we had ordered on a next day delivery.

I previously had a 2000w inveter in my HGV which was perfect but unfortunately that failed two days before I was due to set off to Switzerland I called them up and spoke to a rep who was super helpful , told him my situation bear in mind this was Thursday and I was shipping Saturday night boat ordered at 14:30 and a new 3000w was on my doorstep at 15:30 Friday absolutely spot on service would definitely use them again I would like to thank that rep personally as he went out of his way to make sure it was delivered on time

Prompt dispatch and delivery for items in stock. Products at competitive prices. Support is excellent on purchased Victron products. Needed country passcode after firmware upgrade, delivered in a couple of days after confirmation of product was purchased from them. Always get your gear from reputable dealers.
