Poor communication, did not receive product in time for event
Original 1* review: Product did not arrive, order stuck in "processing" status and not responding to my emails. Giving them a couple more days before I begin the chargeback process.
Update: After leaving this negative review I heard back from them swiftly, received my refund and they apologised for and explained the poor communication. I will give them the benefit of the doubt on this one and hope they put procedures in place to avoid it happening to others, but I do recommend that you make sure you have a backup plan if you are buying a gift you need for a certain date!

Bottle was a gift and I couldn't find anywhere that I could add a message. I did email the sales address requesting one to be added but it did not happen and I never received a reply to my request.

A box was wrongly delivered to an…
A box was wrongly delivered to an address in Petersfield Road W3 this week, August 6th 2024. Addressed to a Kirsty Parson. Nor living at our address. I have sent emails to your company to try and get the box picked up. The delivery man insisted he had to deliver the box, wouldn't take the information that it was a wrong delivery on board. About £120 worth of Ophir Gin in the box. One more week here and the contents will be emptied and discarded.

Poor service ,poor customer service
Used a few times but of the last 3 orders 1 order not sent and took 2 weeks to arrive after I chased them up
Thought I would try them again as mistakes happen but next order 70cl bottle sent not the 1liter as I ordered and paid for and a pitiful £3 refund offered i won't be using again very poor service, definitely would not recommend ,unfortunately I'm one regular repeat customer they have now lost
